We stayed at Condor Villa, booking two rooms in different wings of the property. Both rooms had equally great views, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The location is absolutely perfect! Several times, we even walked to the ski lifts with our gear, which was a huge advantage. Nearby, there is an excellent restaurant, Miorița, and a spa center in the neighboring hotel, making relaxation after skiing very convenient. Parking was free and easily found close to the villa, and overall, everything we needed was within walking distance. Breakfast was decent—nothing extraordinary, but good enough to start the day. The only downside was the overly soft mattresses, which might not suit everyone. However, despite this minor issue, we were very satisfied with our stay. For its price, this is undoubtedly one of the best options in Poiana Brașov! Recommended.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money location if your main target is skiing and not some romantic escapade. Breakfast is standard, without much of variety. Still, you will certainly find something good to eat except if you are vegan, case in which you will have to stick with the salad, honey, marmelade and cereals.

The accomodation is fairly average, old-style furniture & rugs, still confortable, clean and with good room heating. Some maintenance problems with the main room door (hard to close and not airtight) and with the shower (leaking shower tub), otherwise no issues.

There's no direct access to the main street, you have to go round the building and other properties for another 5 minutes or so to get to the front of the building and very close to the main street.

Location of room, could do with a lift. WIFI kept cutting out in room. Old shower gel packers left in soap tray in shower. Shower cubicle very small for large person like myself. Toilet seat loose. Variety of food for breakfast.

Quiet and warm room with good view. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was also good. Overall it was a great stay! It is about 8-10 mins walk from slopes

Few lights on the road to villa would be perfect. It's a bit dark if you arrive late

The hotel is located within 10 minutes walking distance from the Bradul Slope. The breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The location is quiet and the sound isolation of the building is good.

No sidewalks on the streets from the bus station to the hotel.

Location was kind of uphill from the mountain so walking in ski boots was not fun, but the owner and his colleagues will take you to the mountain in their vehicle. They helped with everything, even after I checked out they let me store my luggage there while I hit the slopes before I left! They were all so nice and helpful, definitely will go back just because of the hospitality!

Most everything was very nice, if I had to find a nit to pick I would say maybe the decor is outdated but just nitpicking. Value was amazing and couldn't have asked for better.

The suite was big and with 2 bathrooms. 3 balconies. The bed was comfortable. For the price I paid, it was a good deal.

Breakfast is not great. Overcooked eggs and omelette. There were 3 types of jams, but 2 were empty. Overall, poor breakfast. Room wasn't cleaned for 3 nights. No shampoo, just a soap. They leave the garbage in front of the hotel and the bears come every night.

Really spacious apartment, great that it has 2 bathrooms one of which is huge and has a bidet. The views and the outdoor areas are the selling point, as the apartment has 3 balconies (one of them shared with the neighbouring room), hard to top that.

The lack of toiletries was a minus, only 2 little bottles (30 ml) labeled shower gel and the toilet paper rolls all half size (obviously used from previous guests) are not ok (nor enough) for 3 persons staying 3 nights. The old furniture (with some broken bits), the older (and spotted) carpet throughout the apartment were other minuses as were the drapes and curtains. The refrigerator in the room was not functioning, though it was plugged in the outlet properly, so we couldn't use it. Another thing we noticed related to cleanliness were the glasses in the room, all tucked in plastic bags labeled as 'sterilized' but with dirt, fingerprints and lip marks on them, so they really should've been washed thoroughly. We didn't use them either.

The apartments were big bright rooms, with a lot of balcony space and great view.
