The staff were amazing and I had a real wonderful experience having a massage therapy after a long trip.

The room was not as clean as expected for 4 stars, to be honest.., it appeared a bit dusty and the hotel appeared old and abandoned somehow( maybe because there were not too many tourists). In one room the air con was not functioning (and it was quite hot) and I could not find a bin in my room. For people with mobility problems, not the best location.Maybe during the winter time is more animated and hopefully fully refurbished. But overall, we enjoyed the trip!

Its ambiance created an authentic Transylvanian atmosphere which transports you into a Bram Stoker novel complete with vanishing cape.

Room was very nice with balcony view, location was excellent. Breakfast was okay but not a lot of choice.

The shower and bathroom were looking a bit old, need of refurbishment. Safe and deposit box did not work in the room. No drinks in the room.

Hotel is beautifully decorated, very much themed on gothic/dracula , stunning, we were 2 of only 4 guests staying (January off-season ) so we felt uncomfortable ordering breakfast as it had to be pre ordered we didn't want to put staff to effort. Would absolutely recommend , it was a great location for poiana skiing resort, small bit tricky to find but otherwise very nice Stay. Room was comfortable. Reception staff were nice but only had the briefest of interactions checking in...

Very quiet, didn't see any other guests until we were leaving. So lacked atmosphere but otherwise beautiful hotel in a great location.

I loved this hotel and I cannot wait to have the opportunity to stay there again! The place is amazing! It truly takes you back in time, the decoration makes you feel as if you are inside a vampire castle as it promises. The room was extremely comfortable and very well equipped with a big bed. And the breakfast was exceptional! The lady working at the kitchen went all the way to give us the best.

The area, the hotel looks like a castle. It has a special atmosphere.

The room was not a big, there was not enough space for two. Bathroom looks good, but functionality of the shower was so bad. Not every day was room cleaned.

The decor is great, very castle like. The food on the first night was amazing, as was our waitress. We had 2 levels, bed being upstairs, which was fine but not expected.

The upstairs toilet kept running, the WiFi kept dropping out, and the elevator only goes to the first floor, and then you need to carry your bags up to the 3rd floor in our case. All that being said, it is absolutely worth the visit.

Staff, Fitness, massage, the castle (search for exits to get on the outside roofs), candles on dinner tables, warm in hotel and rooms.

Nothing particularly, but: Staff was responsive and kind, but the atmosphere was kind of sad. No energy in the air. Music in walls cand be a good idea, but sometimes worked, sometimes it did not or bad signal. There is volume and on/off buttons in walls for music but we were not aware about.

Clean room, good location, in a quiet area, and a very nice interior design.

There are some things to improve, like the broken furniture, broken shower (we had to ask them to change it), some detached sockets and a detached curtain.
