The staff was great, communicative and very accommodating. The hotel is around 20 mins walk from the slopes, but the manager offered to drive and pick us up everyday after skiing free of charge which was a huge help for us given we didn’t drive to the location, but used the train. Breakfast was good, everyday in time with a variety of traditional products. The spaces are clean and well maintained. The location is quite and you are surrounded by nature. It’s a great place for winter holidays, but is definitely a great place for summer too.

The sockets in our room were flimsy and made the electronics recharging a bit challenging.

STAFF. Extremely nice people, all of them! Friendly, kind, helpful, understanding. FACILITIES. The hotel has a barbeque, table tenis, billiard, parking places. The room and bathroom are fully equipped and a coffee machine is always available at the restaurant, free of charge. The room, bathroom and the hotel itself are very clean. Also, the hotel is pet friendly. The hotel also offers breakfast, both warm and cold dishes. LOCATION. The hotel is located on a small street, with trees all around and in a peaceful area, with no noise from cars. There are restaurants at a 5-12 min walking distance. A shop is located 5 min away. Brasov city center is 20 min away, by car.

Maybe the breakfast can be a bit more creative

Chalet Wiese is a chic place, located in a quiet part of the resort, not far from the ski slopes. The room was very clean and warm, and everything inside was new. I loved the shower, hot water ran instantly, and the shower cabin doors sealed very well, so water was not spilling in the bathroom. Breakfast was very rich, and the personnel was very nice and helpful. Definitely we'll come again if we'll have the chance.

There was nothing I didn't like.

First of all i would like to thank Daniel (hope i spelt it correctly) for doing his best and even a bit more. We had a really great time and felt very comfortable. The location of the hotel is within walking distance to the slopes, shops and other facilities. The room was very clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast was always fresh and tasty. This is the place where I would definitely go again. Thank you for our pleasant stay.

Beautiful village!!! The hotel was warm, cozy and the staff friendly. The rooms are big and clean. Great shower and they have products in the bathroom. Big and comfortable bed. Breakfast , especially coffee, was tasty and plentiful. A really great place to stay and ski.A lovely stay ! Would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

Chalet Wiese is a wonderful place to enjoy fresh mountain air, beautiful scenery and a great ski resort right in the heart of Transylvania. The Chalet has very comfortable rooms, designed in a beautiful old design with natural wood furniture and red carpet on the floor, as if you were in a museum. Exceptional service from the staff, who is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very consistent, it includes a variety of delicious, local products and dishes. The rooms are clean and well taken care of. Overall, I highly recommend this place. It's a wonderful place, just perfect for a trip to the mountains. To the staff: Thank you for the warm welcome, the care and the help you offered me during my stay. :)

Clean room, comfortable beds, very friendly staff, good breakfast We got offered a twin room instead of the double, which was a huge plus as we got two separate beds instead of one bed.

Location, cleanliness, verry nice hosts, verry good breakfast, coffee available all the time, pool table and ping pong table in the attic and music - we had the chance to connect our phone to their speakers. Amazing!

Too short vacation 😊

Beautiful scenery, fresh air. It is located in a ski resort.. Lots of wildlife, did see some foxes on our way. Some bear scare that caused excitement. The hotel is also very nice, exceptional and helpful staff.

Tiny bathroom

It was cosy, quiet, and retreated. It had a nice rustic feel. It was however within walking distance from the conference center where I needed to go.

The access is a bit narrow, possibly problematic for wider cars.
