The rented apartment was very nice. Beautiful design. Perfect view, big balcony, jacuzzi. The restaurant Noir - good food, but untrained personal. Huge and good breakfast. The complex Silver Mountain is fantastic, but please, try to train the employees.

In the kitchen there is everything you need, except for a small sink. The blanket is not for 2 people. The pillows are very hard and that's why you can wake up with headaches and neck pain. The person who was supposed to clean the room did not vacuum even once in a week. And the dust wasn't even wiped off. In the bathroom, there are no holders for towels.

The room was very large and looked amazing. Better than a 5 star hotel room for sure. The breakfast was the richest and tastiest we’ve ever ate at a hotel. It’s really special.

The fact that the spa was in a different building is really annoying. Spa however is a generous word for what it offers. Apart from the heated pool from outside, there’s nothing much to it. A small pool inside, a few sunbeds, 2 extremely tiny old saunas and that’s all. You can make a massage appointment, which I didn’t try because I wasn’t feeling comfortable with the place. It also gets extremely crowded in the evenings, since it’s not open only for the Elexus visitors but for everyone. A lot of people from Brasov come for the outside pool.

very good location and facilities the staff was very attentive and professional, and make our stay a very nice one, we want to come back as soon as possible breakfast is exceptional - covers every desire through diversity the mattress was comfortable in terms of cleanliness, everything was very good the nights were really quiet, you couldn't hear any noise from the car or the birds...absolute silence the restaurant and the spa area are separated from the accommodation buildings, which is an advantage

the quilt and pillows should be of better quality.

Everything is amazing there was a women name alexandra who served me at check in she was great she event sent me a bottle of wine as a gift and there was i think indian guy who is very amazing and great serve guy and the food is great if you order

The pool and jacuzzi are very cold and the parking lot I think breakfast should be until 11:30 like in other countries

We stayed for 1 night but felt like 3. We really loved the quiet and relaxation beautiful room, super convenient to order anything you want from room service. Loved the view from our room. Well done we will certainly be back.

The pool looked very crowded but it’s normal since it’s full season. It put us off but next time we will try it.

First of all, the view is breathtaking! We were upgraded to a larger room, and every request was handled quickly. They spoiled us with champagne, and their spa is amazing—it’s like living in a dream. The dining room is packed with delicious food, and the atmosphere is so pleasant. This is the perfect place to disconnect ❤️ We’ll definitely be back again!

The location is amazing, the pool on the 2nd floor of the spa is very nice. Temperature is very good for all seasons. Breakfast was very and very nice, the food is delicious and the choice is great, fitting all the needs and different preferences. Also, the restaurant menu contains information about the calories, which is very nice !!!

Some of the restaurant stuff don't know English and it's hard to communicate and ask questions. Also, some of the restaurant staff don't know when the kitchen starts to work, and we had to wait for 30 minutes for the food to start cooking, without our notificaiton.

Everything was great except for breakfast site (see below) and parking. The latter is ok, but can get too crowded. Breakfast quality was very good, food selection was varied enough.

The restaurant location gets too crowded at breakfast. This, in turn, leads to empty trays at the Swedish buffet. One has to visit repeatedly the buffet, hoping that the trays have been replenished.

Almost everything was good.

Desert side was disappointed, on the restaurant on-premises. Ordered some pancakes with condensed milk with Berrys between slices, it arrived with one strawberry and the pancakes were awful, dry like they where made yesterday and served today.

Everything was as per our expectations. For sure we will come back in the future.

The fact that some guests parked the car using 2 parking spots and the fact that we couldn't order from our room, but for sure these aspects can be improved.
