The hotel was amazing with a great location! The breakfast buffet was a plus and so many good food. The staff was nice and helpful. The place was kept nice and cool for hot days. The location was so close to the beach where you can walk to it and enjoy it, but not close enough to hear all the commotion. The Loft club was close to the place and we were able to hear the party happening on Saturday, even though our doors were closed, but we were not bothered by it. The amenities such as free towels and bed rental at Asylum helped us to relax and lounge around the beach at ease. We really enjoyed the room and the balcony. The nice and big desk space allowed us to put our luggage on there so that it gave us more space in the room to walk around.

Selection of channels on TV and to be able to connect to Netflix or streaming sites. The bathroom vents to be stronger to get rid of the smell after someone uses it. The bed was pretty stiff for me but it was perfect for my partner.

Super friendly staff. The view was fantastic. Rooms were spacious with modern fittings. Lots of parking space for the guests. Pool and facilities were very good.

Some evenings are extremely loud and noisy even with all the doors and windows shut because of club parties so quite agitating for the children if small.

The pool was rather on the small side, suitable mostly for children. Because of the position, the pool is shaded during (late) afternoon.

Everything was great! - the room: modern design - I really loved it, all the needed facilities (including hairdryer, mini-bar, safe, interesting phone charger - for all types of phone), the balcony had a little towel rack, clean, without bad smell - the parking: private indoor parking (on 3 levels) - very useful, we always found parking spots - the swimming pool: great, no comments, 1.5 m - the beach: ok, with many shells due to the beach extension, but now many beaches from Mamaia are like this, we received towel for each person which was nice - the food (breakfast/swimming pool bar): great, I really liked the breakfast, it had many options: omlettes, sausages, ham, vegetables, different types of salad, pastries, a lot of fresh fruits, milk, yogurt, coffee, water, juices and desserts (cheese cake, chocolate). Swimming pool drinks and food were great too (including the service)

Small things: - the pillows were too fluffy, but I found one less fluffy in the closet and it was ok - the sink faucet is too small, so the water can leak behind the sink - the light from the main room is too dimmed

Location -it was too noisy due to parties held in the nearby hotels and clubs The room was not sparkling clean - under the bed you could see peanuts and other seeds from the previous guests The pillows are not very comfortable

Absolutely loved this hotel! It is the best that we have stayed at in the area! Staff was amazing! The pool and beach club were awesome! I can’t wait to go back! I definitely recommend!

Breakfast is exceptional, the salty water pool, room, cleanliness.

additional light in the bathroom in the sink area would help, as there is only 1 light in the bathroom. also, a soft pillow would be great :)

available private parking and close to everything that matters in this part of mamaia . hotel looks new and the common areas are clean . okish breakfast but not too many options.

room carpet looks unclean. plenty of cigarrete burns and/or dirty spots. room was not cleaned for the hole stay (2 nights) . some noise from the common areas but not too much of a fuss.
