The restaurant is amazing, and although the breakfast could show more diversity, the products are of good quality. The lunch is very good, and the waiters are very helpful. There are experienced staff members making sure everything it's up to the standards. At night you can also enjoy live music. The room, although not very big was comfortable enough to compensate the lack of extra square meters. Also the cleaning service was top notch (kudos to the ladies from the 4th floor). The beach is clean and not very crowded so you can have your family moments without interfering with other guests. The staff at the reception and room service is also very polite and helpful. We had some small issues and they were eager to help us in no time.

We really enjoyed the food, it was tasty and fresh. We served breakfast and lunch and it could easily satisfy a wide range of gourmands. The room was spacious and cool with a comfortable bed and the bathroom daily cleaned. The private beach with quiet music in the background, the sunbeds, the clean water sea made us feel excellent. The staff were great, all the time around us to make our stay as pleasant as possible. So we thank to all (receptionists, chefs, waiters, maids)for our perfect holiday.

The carpet in the room was a bit worn out. Maybe the furniture needs being refurbished.

it was nice to return to this hotel. Very friendly front staff allowed us early check in and late check out. from the room you can see the sea. The hotel staff is kind. The breakfast and lunch is varied and tasty . Room is cozy

the hotel has gained good reputation from the past but could use some upgrading of the facilities, furniture. also one single row of pillows provided not hotel related, but the distance to the sea : recent exaggerated enlargement of the beach and rough sand full of seashells

breakfast rather basic in both diversity and taste, 3 stars. "festive dinner" very poor, no discernable cooking skills or effort whatsoever, 2 stars. entertainment distinctly mediocre, 2 stars. overall, somewhat overpriced and overrated. Arguably due to limited comparable alternatives in Mamaia. Ranking by Western standards, 4 stars maximum.

We had a family room, 2 rooms with a common door which was very convenient, cozy and comfortable although slightly small for us. The room had a partial view of the sea. Staff was extremely friendly and responsive to all requests. Location excellent. Breakfast excellent. The pool facilities were very good. All in all a wonderful experience.

The food was very good,all varieties of dishes,stuff cu exceptional skills,very friendly,open for every request a guest might have.I will return there and I will recomand to my friends.Thank you with this ocasion to all team Vega Hotel .

Food was amazing. A truly 5 start hotel, the experience on the pool and the beach where great. People helping you to find a good place, they always had something available, reservation of sun beds in advance was restricted, so this was great.

Very small room for a 5 star, but very comfortable. Beach is full of shells and rocks, not the nice sand we where used with.

I loved everything here, but what I appreciated the most was the restaurant staff, absolutely every single person in the charge of the restaurant was marvelous, the chef cooked at it’s finest and the waiters deserved seven stars, very nice, very clean, very very polite, definitely loved them! I have no doubt Vega Hotel has the best restaurant in Mamaia! I fully recommend it!!!

The staff was amazing, especially the reception personnel who made us feel very welcomed. The rooms were very warm as we stayed there in February. The hotel is situated right on the beach and is relatively close to Constanta (maybe a 20 min drive to the center).

The hotel is outdated and needs a refurbishing soon.

Breakfast and lunch included in room price were very good. Private beach and private pool were also very clean and not crowded, super. Also we had parking lot included, very nice.

The room is clean and nice but there was a smell like in the old rooms, probably from the carpet.
