I enjoyed the top location ! My plan was, to have a room on the top floor and climb the stairs daily & also to admire the Black Sea ⛵!! It's exactly what I did with a big joy!! 😊

I like my fruit's in the morning especially in the summer time ! They only had some orange's & apple's! Sad about this! To much food !! Better Quality v Quantity, I prefer!

Breakfast was really good with food ranging from fresh veggies, fruits and salads to cheese, cold cuts, french fries and delicious sausages. There was also jogurt and cereals. Drinks: coffee, tea, different kinds of juices. The beach was really close with very comfy beach chairs for the a small extra price (6 euros per person). The bus stop for bus 100M to and from Constanta is very close by.

The music at night from nearby bars was a bit too loud but that comes with the territory :) :) Mamaia is a party place afterall. The room could have a kettle and complimentary coffee and tea.

Hotel is amazing. I was skeptical at first as I thought price was a bit cheap for the location. But this hotel didn’t disappoint. I will definitely go there again. Staff is very helpful and views are more than amazing. I had a sea view room and I fell in love with that view. Very quiet hotel also. Amazing place to go for some relaxing time

The only thing I didn’t like is that they need to work on the shower cabin. It needs sealing. Water goes into the bathroom and infiltrates through the floor.

Great Manager, dealing with all situations no matter if during her working hours or her free time. Care about customers needs and making everyone feeling welcome and confortable! Thank you! We will return with pleasure next season!

Message for the Techincal Manager: Please sir, pay lots of attention and solve the situation for the water pipes and isolation underneath the sinks as the water it was dripping on my feet any time while washing my hands... and that was every time last years that I was staying in Riviera hotel.. and also an isolation rubber needed on the bottom of the shower door as the wather comes out into the bath while showering and it is not pleasat at all...

Breakfast was basic but plentiful, food was constantly supplemented. Omelet was very tasty. Sausages good quality. The beach was clean and well organized and the hotel was right across from the beach. Bathroom had a generous supply of soap and lotion, shower had hot water. The hotel was very close to bus M100 connecting Mamaia to the rail station Gara, for only 2.5 Ron and running every 5 min.

There was no tooth brush and paste and no shaving kit. Even for the guests of hotels one must pay for the beach chairs. The view from my room showed an empty dirty swimming pool. There was not even a mini fitness center in the hotel.

Everything was great, staff really nice and helpful. Food was great and refilled until almost 10,even if people took more than they could eat for breakfast. Beach was also clean and nice.

It would be great to have bigger beds for family rooms. 1.60 is quite small. Also inside playground should be cleaned more often.

Friendly staff and very quick handling of chaning sheets and towels in the room. Good and fast service at breakfast. Breakfast food was tasty and a very wide range to chose from, always fresh and warm.

The water kept going from hot to warm constantly without making any changes to the dial. Was a pain to take a decent shower. The restaurant does not provide room service for the hotel guests.

The seaside view, even lateral, is beautiful. The hotel is near shops, pharmacy, gondola. For kids, the two playgrounds (one indoor) are perfect. Breakfast is very good, with plenty of options.

WiFi doesn't work at 10th floor, neither the hair dryer and you need to have patience to take the elevators

The morning food was plenty (never seen till now!), the staff very nice, the view was perfect, the parking cheap (6 euro/24h)

The place for charging EV was always blocked by people with no EV....bad romanian education

The location is great. Facilities were ok as well. Polite and helpful staff and good breakfast. Beach is nearby and you have a good variety of restaurants and shops close by.

The room could have been a bit cleaner (we found small shards of glass on the floor, near the bed). The 3 elevators were quite slow and could not really manage 14 floors at once, but at least they were all operational. Parking reservation is not possible and it can be challenging to find a spot nearby (a bit of an inconvenience if you have a hungry kid with you)
