A great sunset view from the spacious garden, where you can play ball, bathe in the sun or try windsurfing in the lake. Good neutral music choice in the restaurant, food was also not bad. The room was exactly as in the photos, though you can see how old it is in a lot of small details. Most of the staff don't speak English except reception, but they were nice and communication wasn't a problem

Food in the restaurant is a little overpriced. Rooms could be cleaned better before new visitors. The shower door was leaking water at the bottom

Very nice outside area at the lake. Well situated around the middle of the mamaia strip. Great cocktails, live cooking events, discount at a nearby beach (5 min walk). Very decent 3* at a very low price for the area. Windsurf courses can be taken on the premise.

Unremarkable breakfast, but it works for the price. The bar closes early (around 10pm), in spite of people still trying to order. Doesn't make a lot of sense - guests just get their own drinks from nearby shops. I guess that's not necessarily a bad thing though :)

good location, view to Lake Siutghiol, own garden (very well kept) and own restaurant with excellent food. Friday and Saturday evenings were special with cooking events in their own restaurant (steak event and fish event).

the cleaning services were coming daily very late, at 3-4 o'clock pm. If you were in the room, they didn't come again. To cross the street on the other side (with the beach) was quite dangerous, as you had to cross Bulevardul Mamaia where the cars are driving at full speed.

We liked the location, which is very close to the nearest beach and the fact that the hotel is on the bank of a beautiful Lake. The room was pretty nice and the view of the lake was amazing, we admired breathtaking sunsets from our balcony! The windows are soundproof. The bathroom facilities are very good. The lift works perfectly fine and we almost never had to wait for it. The coffee for breakfast is delicious and very good quality! And the terrace where the breakfast is served is located by the lake so the view is amazing!

Parking is tight. The towels did not seem fresh. The lines for food and coffee for breakfast are huuuuge! You have to wait 10 min to get a coffee or something to eat. The options for breakfast are really scarce, just eggs, cheese, sausages tomatoes, cucumbers and cereals. Not much, but tasty.

Perfect, quiet location. Close to the beach . Excellent staff, welcoming and prompt to our queries. The room was cleaned every day. Air conditioning, mini fridge in the room. The cleaning crew, knowing that we have a child, they were leaving every day different shapes of cute animals made of towels in the room. Our son was waiting to see what they are going to make every day. The hotel’s restaurant was by the lake, so it was absolutely perfect environment to have your meal. You can have a choice to have a lake view or city view.

We have chosen city view room and there are trees in front of the hotel. The trees definitely need grooming, because we could reach its branches from our balcony, but besides that no other dislikes.

great location, has its own lake side, clean bathroom, close to the beach and the price is reasonable, staff is friendly, clean and quiet location

parking is usually full on the weekends so you have to go to the nearby public parking lot (on summer), breakfast is consistent and does not vary from time to time unless you order something on you own

We only got towels for one person. Breakfast buffet was always very crowded and we had to wait over 20 minutes each morning in the lane for the coffee machine

Very nice lady at reception desk, room available for check-in at 13 o'clock even if the check-in is at 18 o'clock. Room at 1st floor, lake view, very comfortable beds, good breakfast included in the price of the room. Very nice view of the lake from the restaurant terrace. Close to the beach.

The shower was leaking in the entire bathroom (room 108). It would be great to have another set of extra pillows (2 are not really enough).
