A special mention goes to the blonde lady at the bar who prepared our coffee each morning with genuine care and kindness. The buffet provided an impressive variety of fresh, high-quality options to cater to all tastes and dietary preferences. It's hard to leave without feeling thoroughly satisfied. Breakfast standard for a 4-star hotel, diverse enough for 5 days and above average versus what is available in Mamaia at this moment. Still, improvements can be done by adding more choices for people with special dietary requirements. Room was clean, well equipped, enough size for 2 persons. Furniture is new, King Size bed with mattress hard enough for people with back problems to enjoy it. Medium large balcony with a very nice view over the lake (our room was at the 4th floor). Please note that lake view is only possible for floors 3 and up due to trees and vegetation. A pleasant and most welcome surprise was the free underground parking, spacious enough for existing guests.

Neighborhood - neighbors' dogs barking every night for several hours, so loud you can hear them even with the balcony door closed. No terrace space for breakfast.

Staff can be better prepared (regarding questions on what we can do around, how to get somewhere, what to see etc) and more engaging. And would be nice to have real family rooms id 2 real double beds.

They could work a little bit more on breakfasts, not too many options and I feel like they could do better, they also didn’t have many parking lots, the phone also didn’t work, I kept forgetting to ask them about it

Spatious, modern, equiped with everithing you need, very confortable bed, the private beach is TOP!

Maybe a small inconvenience would be the fact that if you open a window it’s very noisy from the trafic, but since it was hot outside and air conditioning was working perfectly, it wasn’t a real problem.

Rooms are very spacious and bright, and the bathroom is very well equipped, we spend 8 nights and will come back.

It's on the main road but you can't hear the noise from the cars...in front of the hotel is a crossing where the cars are coming at a high speed... maybe a bumper can be useful

Clean room, superb breakfast, good parking, nice room despite the fact we didn't have a view. Check in was sooner than it should be.

Parking boy, had strange observations regarding the guests, without knowing that I heard. Sad because all other personel was very polite and willing to help. WiFi connection could be a little better.

Checkin and checkout were a breeze. The rooms, the cleanliness are absolutely impecabile. The attention to detail is close to none. Breakfast beats many 5 star hotels and the staff will go out of their way to help. Lots of parking available.
