Helpful young staff with good english, clean and modern big hotel, nice own swim pool and have own place at beach, close to the sea, good for families, good position. They changed my room to a bigger one because of complaining about air conditioning. Similar to all-inclusive hotels. It lies at the beginning of the Mamaia beach street, which is great.

The air conditioning could not cool the air more than 25.5 degrees when it was about 25 - 30 degrees outside, despite changing rooms, so expect it to be a little warm in the room which I think its the same in the all rooms. I didn't like wearing bracelets in the heat 24/7, security to observe strangers. The breakfast was ok, not great.

We didn't like that the pool was open to outside guests. It was full of people who had paid an entrance for the day and we couldn't enjoy it even if it was the reason we booked a hotel with a pool. The atmosphere at the pool was unpleasant and crowded. Also, the reception workers were a bit cold, a smile really goes a long way with clients.

I liked the Suite with Sea View, although quite expensive. The room is very modern and chic, with all needed amenities. The view is splendid towards the beach and the promenade. The breakfast is quite varied, but moderated in terms of quality. Very nice and professional staff, we enjoyed our stay at Bavaria Blu.

Even if we paid more to book this Suite, this type of room is only on 1st and 2nd floor of the hotel, facing the pool, so during summer when the pool is accessed, this could be an inconvenience. Even during 1st of May vacation, a DJ was playing music at the pool, so it would be difficult to rest during the day.

The hotel room looks like in the pictures, nicely decorated and spacious. I chose this hotel due to its larger than average rooms, the pool and access to the beach. We had a lovely sea view as well. Food for full board was delicious.

The air conditioning is very poor. I understand the energy saving purpose, but the a/c was more like ventilation than blowing cold air. In fact the temperature in our room did not go below 26 degrees celsius. If concerned about the environment, then the staff should enforce shutting the doors in the lobby and restaurant to preserve the colder air inside. So many people smoking on the terrace since they are not allowed to smoke indoors, but that meant that we had to go far in the garden to avoid sitting next to them.

Everything was perfect. The first surprise that we had was that the reception upgraded our room, free of charge, from studio with sea view to suite with sea view, which was amazing, very spacious, clean, modern, recently renovated with a stylish bathroom. The staff was very friendly, always smiling and ready to help you with anything, real professionals. The hotel has free parking and it is located 5 meters from the beach, the only thing you have to cross to get to the beach is a pedestrian walkway. We, with our 3 years old doughter, had an amazing short vacation, we recomend it warmly to anyone and surely we'll come back.

Everything was great!

I liked the location, close to the beach, vouchers for sun beds on the beach, the swimming pool area was nice, great for children and disabled people. Close to delphinarium, luna park and telegondola. Also close to the lakes. You can see a great sunset on Siutghiol lake. The food was great, buffet style, it was impossible to don’t find something to eat. The staff was very nice.

I visited during the off-season, so I didn't mind the hotel’s eerily empty appearance and closed facilities. The twin room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a lovely sea view. The modern design was appealing, but the heating was set low, making the room a bit chilly. I grabbed an extra blanket and quickly fell asleep. In the morning, I was greeted by a cold shower with water around 30 degrees, while the staff were in their warm street clothes in the breakfast area. Given the empty hotel, the à la carte breakfast was understandable and quite acceptable. Overall, it was a nice stay at the hotel.

This hotel had the most amazing room I've been in for years. All the amenities were really functional and accessible, and you can see they carefully thought out the placement of each item. Kudos to their interior design team, I've stayed at 5 star hotels that had way worse room functionality than this. The bed was very comfortable, the view of the sea was great (direct sunrise view from balcony), temperature just right, functional wardrobe, and the list can go on.

-very small room and bathroom -no dryier or alternative to dry your towels or anything wet -wall bed even if I didn't pay half of the price by booking for 1 person -no room for laguage -flying bugs in the room -very expensive lunch or dinner. Fixed price, multiple choises but cheap ones so the price/ quality ratio was not ok

I liked the room, the hotel location close to the beach. You can go and swim in the sea, it's ok for families with kids, the beach has a smooth entry to the sea. The room was recently renovated and very clean. I truly appreciate the facilities and everything was perfect. The breakfast is all you can eat buffet. Also for families you have playground for kids and the pool is perfect.

I liked everything and I will suggest to add more fruits at the breakfast and a water machine, not bottles.
