Spacious room, everything corresponds to the hotel level. Not a bad breakfast. There is street parking and underground parking. not very far to the beach.

very unfriendly and slow staff at the reception, as well as unpleasant staff at breakfast. In the morning the water in the bathroom suddenly disappeared; it took 30 minutes to address this problem at the counter!!!! one unpleasant person served 2 people very slowly!!! As a result of the appeal, we waited for more than an hour for water to appear - it didn’t come and we left the room in time for breakfast. At breakfast we were already “pushed out” because “breakfast time was over.” They explained why they were delayed, but the staff was very dissatisfied. Staff score 2 points! The hotel gets 4 points. Response to the problem 2 points!

The rooms were very confortable and spacious. Very nice bathroom as well and the view was also super nice. The location is right were it needs to be in between mamaia and constanta at the intersection of the 3 main lakes of the area.

The day we went there was right after a heavy rain and for the entire stay the road to the hotel was full of an entire layer of water which was a bit sketchy because it made any potential potholes invisible and if there would have been any of them it would have been very difficult to get the car out. It was also very sketchy because we had to guess and hope that the water level won't be dangerously high so that it will damage our car. Fortunately it wasn't but that s something that doesn't do good to the Hotel image and something you need to know especialy if you plan to come in a rainy day. I think until the road is properly drained they should install some road signs that signal this problem and ensure us that it is drivable without any potential problem.

Very good hotel, the location is excellent: not far from the beach, close to the lake, the amusement park and the food market area. The rooms are big and clean, excellent breakfast, very nice staff. The view from the roof bar is amazing.

The music from the amusement park was very loud in the night, the windows in the room are sound-proof, but still you can hear the bass when you're trying to sleep. The water pressure in the shower was low. Wi-Fi in the hotel was disconnected several times during the stay.

I was staying in a spacious room with a balcony. The room was perfect, clean, and organized. I found everything I was expecting in the room. I was staying with a colleague in the same room and we both had enough space to go around freely. As for the bed, it was perfect, comfy, and clean - extra pillows were available in the closet. The breakfast was delicious; I didn't know if the cold cuts and meat were Halal, that's why I was eating more vegetarian and vegan options. The eggs were delicious, and the selection of cornflakes and milk was more than enough. Coffee, juices and yogurt were also available.

I would have loved to mention that the water in the minibar is chargeable. Because we didn't know that the tap water was drinkable. They didn't mention if it was safe or not.

Cold showers the entire stay.

The rooms were clean and even bigger than I expected. Even the beds were super big :) I would say it was a lot better then a Hilton I stayed in Brussels. A lot to choose on the breakfast buffet.

The towels kinda' need changing. They were clean, but starting to come apart. They must have gone through lots and lots of washing. Not sure why but the coffee machines from upper levels were unplugged. I would have loved to have a hot cup of coffee there and enjoy the balcony view.

we only stayed for a night, and we were really sorry about that.. THE ROOM WAS HUGE, so amazing for a longer stay, the view over the lake so nice. i think its one of the biggest room that i've stayed in. the bed also extremly huge, a king size bed, it was very comfy to sleep and get a good rest. the breakfast was nice, nothing wow, a basic buffet with plenty of things to chose from.

It is clean, warm and modern. We liked the rooms, bedding, bathroom facilities, we had 2 apartments which were spacious and clean.

The access is not very easy, a side road, very dark at night. Hotel is a bit too impersonal and even though the rooms are quite big but a good interior designer could have helped more in arranging a nice interior. Somehow it lacks character.

Bed is really comfy, wich is a big plus for me because I travel alot due to work and I need a good rest. The room is very spacious. Breakfast was good, buffet breakfast, nothing fancy. Staff is helpful and nice.

Cleaning could be better, especially in the bathroom. I went for a walk in the morning and there were 4 stray dogs that started barking at me in the front of the hotel. The same dogs chased my car when I left an hour later.

We got an upgrade and the room was really big and nice with a big balcony. We had everything we needed. Really nice staff at the reception. And that's kind of all. Also, if you go there, check out the terace at the 8th floor, it is very nice.

The staff at the bar from the 8th floor. Neah. We had to ask for menus, ask for drinks. We had to go to the bar to get our drinks. I mean, they were kinda' useless there. This is maybe the only thing we didn't like.
