Breakfast was good and was buffet style, it's included in the price of the stay. Plenty of parking spaces compared to other hotels in the area, this is very important in Constanta/Mamaia. The staff was friendly. The AC unit in the hotel room is a dedicated unit. I would stay here again.

Shower doesn't seal water out properly but they provided two foot towels. Only one room key card is provided and is required for maintaining power in the room. The reader is RFID type, so the only way to keep power on is to have second key card.

Real 4* with good rooms and excellent restaurant. Good breakfast. The staff were helpful and quite professional. Good to keep in mind for conferences.

No private beach. Quite Far from the beach. In our case the offered replacement did’t work. The room carpet/moquette is hard to maintain but was ok.

Room was very clean, and the hotel in general very clean. At breakfast, we had a variety of food to choose from and it was very good 😀

Apart from the cleaning ladies who where very nice, everyone else, starting with the receptionist, were cold and too busy / not too bothered to talk with their guests. Might want to improve that to get to the standards that we've seen at three star hotels in other countries. For a four star hotel, we expected to see more warmth, especially at the reception.

Nice large room with a good bed. Hotel looks very nice and well maintained. Balcony very spacious. Own air conditioning in the room. Very fast elevator.

Bathroom was very small in relation to the room. No shower screen so big water ballet in the bathroom. Sink was loose. Breakfast was provided by the on-site restaurant. staff were neatly dressed in company clothing, only the managers wore sweatpants and body warmers. Didn't radiate class. I also found the pushiness of the ladies in the restaurant quite unpleasant. When you entered you were immediately attacked and they followed you closely. Finally, I found the impressive behavior at the checkout not very trustworthy towards the staff.

Breakfast was to my taste, lots of options to choose from. Good/fresh food, good coffee. Spacious restaurant area, nice design. Nice staff, helpful, not suffocating. I liked that there is parking space available. The room was spacious for 2 people, with toiletries. Internet, TV available. It was the perfect choice for what I needed, a place to stay for one night, in transit between cities. Definitely first option for when I will be back in the area.

It was a bit too hot in the room for my personal preference, however opening a window helped. Nothing serios though...

Good position (for our interests), well equipped, pretty quiet, good quality toiletries, good air conditioning all over the hotel, nice lighting, guarded parking, good restaurant on place, but a little bit expensive, many good restaurants close by, nearby beach, esplanade and shopping mall not very far.

Beds a little bit under expectations (soft mattress and not very stable), no beach towels drying cord or rack (we get a rack after asking one, but only after a reminder), some staff pretty absent in the presence of clients.

Clean, modern, large rooms. Excellent food at Sofra restauranr!

Our room was facing a loud area and the music was loud up until 2am. But this is not the hotel’s fault.

I liked everything. Excellent conditions, clean, comfortable. Free upgrade of the room. We had the apartment and we had very much space and quiet. We will definitely come back even though it is quite expensive. Great breakfast and excellent food at Sofra restaurant.

There is one small thing: the bathroom tap and the sink were very small. Maybe it would be a good investment to change them.

The room temperature and facilities of the hotel.

The staff atitude has nothing to do with customer service. When I booked the room I did not consider breakfast because I prefer to see first the products at the buffet and my mother is vegan. The receptionist asked me why I didn't book the room with breakfast if I wanted to consume. I don t need to explain myself to anyone. I simply pay if tue service is available. The restaurant staff asked me to pay cash before consuming breakfast and didn t agree that I pay at check out. I m shocked of the staff rudness. I m amazed how you treat your customers.

Very clean room, warm and comfortable. The cleaning lady was incredibly kind and polite.

Some of the waitresses and waiters in the restaurant were rather rude, they had an unwelcoming attitude, not making eye contact and making me feel like I did not belong there.
