Location is great - next to former Hotel Perla in Mamaia; Breakfast is great; Room is also nice and big balcony.

When we arrived the tv set did not function - the technicians needed to change the unit; One day before our leaving the key cards didn't work anymore, we needed to go at the reception to get reconfigured the cards; - The last day on Monday 24th the unit containing 'Evolet' teas disappeared from breakfast room and only a few medicinal teas remained (Camomille, Mint, St.John's worth tea)

Lovely hotel centrally located and near a bus stop that allows easy access to the port and city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was a good size and still open although we came just out of season. Breakfast was really good and well stocked even towards the end of the breakfast service. You also get free access to the beach.

The beds were very hard

Great breakfast, big and clean room, heated pool, early check in, free sun beds, nice beach area.

The balcony doesn’t have lights, when our baby was sleeping we sat there with our phone lights. They provide towels only for us but not for the baby, I think however that this was just a mistake, we did not ask for more because we stayed only for two days.

First of all, I would like to point out that the staff was great, very professional, accommodating and nice overall. The room was very clean, the furniture was in a good condition, the bed and pillows were comfortable enough and the air conditioning (absolutely necessary) worked well. The pool area was clean and well maintained and they had a nice bar until evening with great staff. You could also order food meals in the pool area which worked well for us. Breakfast was great for us (we aren’t very fussy anyway) and during the festival times they even extended the schedule until 11:00 which was very thoughtful. You also had beach bed access included, 6-7 min away, although we didn’t really check that out, as we spent most of the time at the pool.

The location was a bit off putting: not the best people around, and not much choice of restaurants. Also, some of the restaurants nearby had really loud live music up until midnight which you could definitely hear even with closed windows. I applaud the breakfast staff’s enthusiasm but sometimes I felt like they were waiting for me to chew my last bite just to grab the plates and cups (I don’t know if this is the policy but I would have appreciated 5 min to enjoy my meal until the plates were cleared from the table). Even though it was during a music festival, the prices were very steep (I would never have paid that much for a normal stay).

Very nice pool and comfortable sunbeds, rooms clean and good pressure at the shower

At the check out, we had to wait more than 10 minutes so the reception can check with the cleaning staff that the room is ok and we didn’t steel nothing. This without any explanation from the receptionist ( first time I have experienced that)

Nice big hotel in a good location. Beach is just close by. Good rooms of a comfortable size. Good service, professional behavior of all stuff.

Red bathroom)) it’s kind of unusual but you can get used to that. Stuff on a restaurant doesn’t speak English well apart from administrators so sometimes it was a little bit hard to explain what you’d like but still everyone is very helpful.

the room was spacious , staff very nice and pool was very beautiful . Food by the pool was very good too. The young guy makes sure all is perfect . I asked and was told he was in charge. All the staff by the pool were amazingly friendly

Breakfast was amazing, multiple choices and good ones, the pool was clean and wonderful. The staff from both the pool and the reception was at least to say wonderful.

Great all around services! The location is a few minutes from the beach, the staff is nice and smiling. The breakfast was great and very diverse. The room was very clean, comfortable and modern decorated. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!

There was quite a bit of noise from the streets when having the door open due to the closeness of the center and the beach - could hear the seagulls as if they were in the room (we had a small baby and decided to open the door rather then opening the air conditioner), but it was ok after closing the door and it is not something the hotel can control.
