The best thing about this hotel is the location, right on the beach. The view from the room is amazing. There is a balcony where you can sit and watch the sunrise. The room is big enough and it seems renovated. Even though a lot of things didn't go well, I will come back only for the view. The sunbeds have a discount rate for guests of the hotel, which is nice.

The staff seemed absolutely overwhelmed by the number of tourists. The bar of the hotel closes at 10 pm during summer and you can't sit somewhere and have a drink. Also the food is basic and it could be improved a lot. The coffee machines were working very very bad with a huge number of tourists so there were long lines just to get something to drink in the morning. There is need of more staff, better prepared and a minibar in the lobby where you can get some drinks after the restaurant closes.

The room was perfect for me as a solo traveller. Very comfy bed. The view was incredible! It was wonderful watching the sunrise each morning from my balcony. The area was great with shops and restaurants just outside. The beach was sandy and the hotel beach was great with a small bar. I loved my stay here. I had a half price discount on my room booking late.

It was very hot weather and the ac struggled. I was sweating in bed at night. Also there was a smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. Both things would not stop me staying here again.

We liked everything! Breakfast and chais longue on the hotel private beach are included in the price of your stay. There are bicycles also available, included, if you want, and there are play areas for children. Breakfast is buffet style, with lots of choice for every taste. There is a bar and music on the private beach. The hotel swimming pool is great. It’s a good size and is very clean. The rooms were very comfortable, with air conditioning, and, again, very clean. 👍 ALL hotel staff were super helpful and very polite.

Nothing, everything was great. The ONLY thing we would say, is that the drinks in the Sky Bar are a little expensive, but we expected that, given that it’s a roof top terrace with the most amazing views of Mamaia.

Sky rooms are refurbished so we were happy to stay a new room. The sky view bar is just perfect! Great view! Breakfast was ok. Private free parking. Location and beach was great.

The staffs atitude at the reception could've been somewhat better. I won't go in details as I had only 2 interactions. Parking is usually full all the time. There was signs of a water infiltration in the ceiling above the bed. Water pressure could be better. Rooms are somewhat small for today standards and the only have 1 apartment. They could break 2 rooms into 1 for 2 or 3 floor.

Really great location, because the hotel is located next to the beach. The breakfast was fantastic since there were a lot of very tasteful dishes. The hotel was very clean and the air conditioning worked very well. We were really surprised to find a safety locker in the room because we had not noticed that on the description. The hotel staff was very friendly.

The rooms and the bathroom are not very large but it is OK. A wrong user manual was provided for the safety locker. Actually , it was for a different type than the one in the room.

On the beach, clean, recently renovated,the view of the sea and sunrise, sky bar on 15th floor.

Poor selection of breakfast , very few places to park,a few tables to eat breakfast in the morning , usually you have to wait for a table to become available.

Location is amazing The staff were nice although quite rude in arrival Beach is fantastic and wrist bands give you free sunbeds

The ac did not work and took a whole morning to get it fixed Check in is at 6pm which is.really late compared to other places The bathroom is tiny and the shower is difficult to get in and out of

The breakfast was good. The only disadvantage - no fruits

The bath was not so easy to access - the door is too narow and have to cope with 30 sm step. I had to ask for room change.

Easy acces to the beach , lovely breakfast, nice staff , good hygiene! Definitely come back ! Must of it acces to car park and sits at the beach included!

Location, free parking-enough space, staff was reaaly nice! Brekfast was fine. Nice view! Good value for money.

Hmmm… we had a room on the 6th floor and just one lift was working. Took really long time to get somewhere. There were no sockets in the room. And the pool is really small.
