I have stayed here from 10th Feb so far whilst I had some business events locally. It is very comfortable accommodation, good service and friendly staff. Special mention to Ionela and the housekeeping staff who check if you need anything and clean when needed at convenient times. Great location, this has been my accommodation of choice.whenever I was in Constanta for the past several years, it is always a pleasure to stay here. The one bedroom suite is a good size, and I have been happy here on a longer term stay. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Staff, cleanliness, comfortable, location

The hotel is renovated and looks good. I received a room upgrade to an apartment, which was very big. They gave me an early check-in. The air conditioning was working, and there was no outside noise. The staff was very helpful and kind. Big plus: parking space.

Super friendly staff, clean room, clean bathroom - everything in the room was pretty new. I loved it.

Nothing bothered me. Would really like though for them to add a vending machine - just to be able to grab a coffee or a sandwich.

Very nice, polite and helpful staff, everything is clean. The hotel is close to the new university campus and a supermarket. There are good connections to public transportation if you want to get to the city center.

The bathroom is a bit small for a 4-star hotel, with limited toiletries available. Also, the light on the balcony cannot be turned off from the room and remains lit all night, so the curtains must be closed at night.

When I needed something the receptionist made sure I got it.

The cleaning service was between 14 and 16 o'clock - nap time. They just changed the trash bags and didn't vacuum. The big shower head was blocked. The price did not depend on the number of people in the room.

Lovely place with lovely rooms , nice bathroom , good air conditioning, perfect TV , clean . I’ll be back as soon as I will have the chance .

Not too close to the beach and wake up with traffic noise. The traffic on the boulevard it’s merciless .

Asked for shower gel few times and still didn t receive. Also some towels can be changed - they are old.

Basic but good breakfast. Location near the Mamaia Region. 2 Markets nearby if needed. Room was clean, staff managed to do the check-in 3 hours before.

In one evening there was a private party at the restaurant and kinda noisy. But staff warned us.
