Breakfast is great, with so many selections for everyone's taste. 5 min walk to the beach, it's looking at the promenade which has many restaurants. About 8 min walk across the main road to a shop. The reception was very courteous, actually the whole personal was attentive.

The hotel strikes you with it's impressive style of furniture, ceiling chandeliers. However, it gets a bit spoiled by the room shortcomings. Like in our room 108 one of the lamps couldn't been plugged in as there was no plug around. The ceiling lights didn't work either, there was only one bin in the bathroom whereas in all hotels that I stayed they have one in a room and one in a bathroom. Bathroom is outdated, who is using bath nowadays in hotels??;) Plus there is no bath screen so when you shower the water is everywhere ! I would suggest a walking in shower or at least install bath screen.

The property is very nice and the building was clean everyday and the staff are very friendly. It has a big nice pool that was not overcrowded. The breakfast was great. The apartment was excellent for travelers who need space and separate bathrooms. That was such a plus for our group to have separate bathrooms.

O would say the only downside, really only for disabled or older people, would be it’s a bit of a walk to get to the “center” of mamaia boardwalk with all the shops and restaurants. For well abled people the walk is not too bad only about 10 minutes max. For my 76 year old mother in law it took closer to 30 minutes to walk there.

The staff, elevator, breakfast. I also liked the cleaness and luxury, a little bit on the old side i might add.

The fact that the bed, which was massive, had only 2 small pillows that were a bit too puffy and the head didnt align propery making for a bad night sleep. When i went to ask for 2 more pillows they didnt have any. The bath is only for showing purposes, you cant use it, i asked for something to block the water flow to fill it and they denied it.

Localization, very nice staff, good drinks and helpless ladies on reception, clean rooms :))

Breakfast was amazing, served a la carte with huge portions and a great variety. Staff will do anything in their power for a great experience. Location is Just by the beach, with easy access to restaurants or beach clubs.

The room key card stoped working every time we left the room for a while.

The cleanliness, the facilities, the closeness to the beach, the personnel, everything was top notch

I would mention the fact that, unfortunately, one can only check in after 6pm...

I think that will be good to have a mini fridge in the room, the hotel is renewed but not totally, there are some aspect that should be fixed
