Clean hotel with good facilities and the view from our balcony over the lake was lovely

The music played in the spa area was awful - jazzy and high energy - not conducive to relaxing. There was also never any staff around to ask them to switch it to relaxing music. There's is also no bar/area to relax and have a drink in the hotel

The room is huge with a balcony, clean and quiet. Cleaning everyday, nothing to blame. The spa was good and clean. Pool is also very good. Parking is available and near hotel. The majority of the staff is nice and eager to help. A little bit of improvement can be done at the restaurant

The only things I didnt liked were about the restaurant: -first of all some dishes from the menu are very bad (chicken masala, pasta, rice), which is a pity, cause others were good (schnitzel, burger, duck) -majority of the waiters are nice, but not very professional, maybe a little bit of training will improve the experience a lot -the coffee was the biggest disappointment - pretty bad, maybe take into consideration to change it

The new part of the hotel is nice and well organized. The superior rooms are new and modern, huge with big bathroom and balcony. Literally the biggest room I have ever stayed. Spa and pool are nice but not very big. Breakfast is good.

The date we checked in was my birthday. I expected at least a little treatment such a glass of champagne . The most unpleasant experience was with the masseuse as I was there 5 mins earlier and she told me rudely that massage is in 5 mins. Instead she could tell me to wait or get a glass of water . This behavior leads me to cancel the massage.

The sauna and swimming pool included in the price was a nice bonus. The breakfast wasn't bad either, but there is definitely room for improvement. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The overall impression of the hotel was not bad.

In the sauna you have to use a swimsuit, which is not pleasant and certainly not hygienic - absolutely incomprehensible. The service in the restaurant is a complete tragedy, I have never seen a waiter who has headphones in his ears and comes to serve you. Dinner also very bad, I definitely don't recommend the lamb with polenta - the meat is completely over salted - overall the food is without idea and taste.

The inside pool was very nice with massage function, cool clean room and polite staff. The room was huge and beautifully furnished, the bathroom was also huge and it had both a tub and a shower cabin which for me is a definite win.

It was across the street from the beach, and with the heavy traffic it was scary to cross. Also the traffic keeps you awake at night unless you sleep with the window closed (I hate to sleep with my window closed in the summer). The balcony faced the street and it was impossible to stay there because it was so exposed and noisy. The food was rather tasteless so I opted out of breakfast my last day there. The AC was impossible to turn off and I was cold after my shower as you can feel it in the bathroom as well.

Very clean and comfortable room with plenty of space. The bed was good to sleep. The breakfast had plenty of choice. The pool and spa were very good also. We stayed 2 nights on a driving tour of Romania.

The cold water did not turn on for a minute, but then it came OK after leaving the tap turned on for a while. The neighbours were a bit noisy (I think there was a wedding), but no fault of the hotel as the window had good soundproofing.

I liked the cleanliness of the room, the availability of the staff and the food variety of the breakfast. I also liked the happy hour cocktails 5-6 PM at 50% discount. We stayed in a room with balcony, 3rd floor with lake view and it was very spacious, clean and quiet and had a bathroom with both shower cabin and tube. The hotel also has a big parking lot near the lake.

The spa center could have been bigger and have more options. Sometimes it is crowded and the hotel guests do not have so many possibilities. It is good that the hotel has a spa center open 9AM to 9PM but it can be improved.

Hotel is located on the lake side. Amazing location, you just cross the street and you are on the beach! Breakfast was really good, a lot of options. Room was spacious and clean.

The only issue we had staying here was being told we will have no water for 2 days of our stay... however the water was never turned off and worked just fine for the entire stay.

Loved the facilities and the size of the room. The bathroom had both a shower and a bath tub which was great. Breakfast was also very good. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book it again.

The duvet cover was relatively small, more for a double bed rather than a king size. Apart from that, everything was great.

The room was really clean, comfortable & spacious. The facilities are excellent, especially the pool & spa area. We made use of the laundry service, one of many helpful services the hotel offers, and found it efficient & invaluable to our needs. It's in a nice location close to the beach & many of the local bars & restaurants. The breakfast is pretty good too. Would recommend highly.

This is minor, but we were given a front facing room, meaning we were able to hear the traffic from the road outside. It wasn't terrible, though & didn't really affect our enjoyment of the room as it mostly quietened down after midnight.
