The hotel is very conveniently located, in the centre of the city. It is very clean and has got a very nice interior design. I stayed in the Luxury room on the first floor and it was just great. The restaurant and the terrace are very pleasant to the eye, the breakfast was nice and they have a big selection of food for lunch and dinner. The staff is amazingly friendly, they were super helpful with everything, I really enjoyed staying there. I definitely recommend this hotel!!!

The hotel was not so far from the places I wanted to visit

Unfortunately, it was given only 1 access card, and each time someone had to exit the room and, if by mistake, retrieve the card, the other person had to stay without tv ot A/C. Even if I stayed on the 3rd floor, the windows or the balcony door weren't isolating the outside noise, and I could hear the car alarms outside or the people speaking on the street.

We stayed there with our big family and had a wonderful time — the hotel offered spacious, clean, and well-equipped rooms, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and everything was perfectly organized to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable — we would definitely come back and can highly recommend it!

Everything was good

Friendly staff. Great bar/restaurant attached. Rooms were quiet and clean. Well air conditioned.

It’s not in a great part of town but you need to stick with it before you get there. Only one small complaint. They need to reprogramme the coffee machine. It only serves espresso, double espresso and cappuccino. They need to add a long black programme. As I said, a small complaint.

The place was nice and clean, had breakfast included as well. Was great stay overall.

Only negative thing i can say is that I think it was slightly pricey considering it was in the middle of nowhere close to the Serbian boarders. Light switches at bed head didn't work.
