I traveled with my family to Romania for a winter vacation and stayed at this property for one night. We really loved this hotel. Very nice good looking and spacious rooms and bathrooms as well. It was clean inside, with new furniture, no weird smell, easy to find, safe, free, private parking and the staff was friendly. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and we loved the food as well. We had traditional Romanian food, at very affordable prices. I would stay again and recommend this to everyone who travels north of Romania. We went to Suceava, which is like 30 minutes away. So comparing to Suceava city and close surroundings prices of properties this finding was a really great deal. Huge terrace with a nice view of hills. We really enjoyed our stay.

No breakfast included, no coffee provided in the morning, no elevators. It could be really hard for someone who carries heavy luggage to 2nd and 3rd floors. The outdoor stairs of marble were very slippery.

Location and nice people. Nice balcony, but no chairs and table.

The water tap had an airport-like setting where you have to press it again and again as the water would stop every 6 seconds. The room was quite small for a "deluxe" - no place to have your luggage on the floor - luckily we only had one big suitcase, there wasn't room for two suitcases in the room.

Do not let the name confuse you; this "hostel" has all the fine makings of a 3 Star hotel and more in some respects. For some inconceivable reason they are not allowed to call themselves such, but the facilities more than live up to it. Starting with a modern keyless entry system, and spacious breakfast/dining room annex reception, an equally spacious hallway and stairs leading to a very comfortable room with balcony and view of the lake. Very quiet surroundings, pool close by and excellent for either short or long stays, which allow for relaxing in fresh countryside air. The private bathroom (usually not found in hostels!!) was well beyond what most 3 star-hotels offer, spacious,with floor heating and a "rainforest" shower, including washing products and hotel slippers. Very nice. The bedroom was large enough with a good bed and mattrasses; a working desk and small fridge are part of its make-up. Highly reccomendable

The only fly in the ointment was the heathing system, which for some reason made the hotel overly warm and despite our enquiries, this was not solved in the time we stayed there. With room temperatures of close to 27 degreees C., this flaw is the only reason why this Hotel does not get a Superb rating.

It was a good place for a night on the road through beautiful Romania. Everything we need to take rest, good sleep and having a nice tasty breakfast in the morning. Quality pretty well. Recommend this accomodation surely.

It's a three stars rated hotel, however it looks like a 5 stars one! Extreme cleanliness, super comfy bed with nice sheets. The hotel sits on top of two lakes and nearby (adjacently) there's an adventure park and a modern spa center. Highly recommended for your stay in Falticeni / Suceava.

I don't have anything to complain about. Maybe the parking lot could be a little bigger, because it tends to get very crowded at night. However, I was always to park without difficulties. Not to mention that the parking is video-surveilled, so that's peace of mind for anyone parking there.

The view from the balcony is beautiful - fairly peaceful stay.

Breakfasts were good but limited choice but as not included in price.

They would have got more money off us if they had really good options for breakfast and alcoholic drinks. Not much was available or chilled

It would be better not to change the towels daily, to protect the environement.

The hotel is at a higher standard than expected from 3 stars, the other reviews also highlight the same thing. Nice view, big windows, high quality internal ventilation like in 4-5 star hotels.

First of all, minty clean ! Second of all, newly redecorated, interiorly rebuilt! Third of all, staff friendly welcoming! Forth of all, delicious food ! All was excellent! If I'll ever have to stay overnight in the area , this will be the choice!
