I love the view of the castle, it is always nice and warm, clean, good coffee, good breakfast, they have amazing odorizants all over the public spaces

Again for my second time there the water in the pool it was cold. 1 year ago i visited and water was cold and i got as respose that it is 8 am and takes a while for the water to get warm, this time i was at the spa at 8 pm… water still cold. disappointing, next time i’ll consider to stay at another hotel in the area with half of the price since the spa isn’t a spa

Hotel Werk is located facing Castelul Corvinilor, in the heart of Transilvania, a wonderful region full of surprises. We could fully see the castle from our window and it was beautiful to watch the sunrise in such a view. The facilities are very new, with really big parking space, a pool which was big enough to swim a few laps, both a wet and a dry sauna, and an excellent restaurant in which terrace we had a delicious and healthy dinner while looking at the castle. While we were waiting for our orders, we could see fireworks coming from the town. I don't know if we were lucky or if it happens usually, but it was astonishing. The room was very comfortable, with a big bed where we slept like babies in arms, an inviting couch next to the window, and air conditioning which kept fresh the room despite the heat outside. Breakfast was excellent. It included a variety of salads, really good pastries, eggs cooked in different ways, roasted vegetables, guacamole, bean hummus, fruit, yogurt, several types of milk, jams... We enjoyed our breakfast for quite a while. Staff were very kind and helpful.

The room did not have a bathtub, which would actually make Werk a 5-star hotel!!! However, it is good that it didn't, since the days of water wasting should be over.

The hotel is new and in a great location, all rooms having the gorgeous view over the castle. Also, great to have a great spa with the same view. One thing that stood out very pleasantly was the staff. They very king, talkative and looked very dedicated and proud about their job and workplace. Housekeeping, waiters, spa reception, massage, all very nice and dedicated people. I think that is a good recipe there to increase the chance of excellent service! :) All in all, I had a great and memorable experience at Werk! I had a question here in the form about quietness. The area of the castle is quiet after 20:00, so no concerns there. Another question in the form is regarding value. I had about 30-40% off on the booking, so that put it easily in a higher value for money bracket.

The hotel is simply amazing. Everything is perfect: the rooms, the view ❤️, the pool, the sauna. The food in the restaurant is great. The breakfast is very tasty and varied.

The staff at the restaurant could be a bit more aware that there are guests in there. When we had lunch there was a lady at the bar that was having a loud argument with a colleague in front of the guests (very unpleasant). I think it would have been better if they had the argument in the kitchen or in a private area, not in the middle of the restaurant. In the evening, the same lady locked the doors to the terrace while there were still guests at the tables outside, having drinks (about 1h before closing time), so we all had to go around the hotel and enter through the reception door to go to our rooms. All in all, it didn't affect the overall rating, as the place is amazing, but maybe something to think about in the future.

Everything except the following:

The lighting system: that cold light is not cozy, and most of the time it was too strong (in the restaurant and in the window area of the room) Also the AC system was kind of inbalanced, as there were places were it was too cold and places where the temperature was ok. In the shower, the water draining should be fixed, as the water was goind outside the shower, close to the hallway. Also, on the terrace of the restaurant, those table lights were too strong and the tables next to the grass should be moved a bit further, as the table was being full of ants that were coming from the green space. Other than that, the stuff sas friendly, mostly the reception staff.

The view and location is absolutely amazing and the rooms are lovely. Great breakfast selection. My husband had one of the best massages at the hotel SPA.

The bathroom. I went in for a shower and after I was done, the water flooded throughout the bathroom and into the hallway. It was only then that I noticed this is not a new issue, as the hallway walls are soaked at the bottom. Big issue is that there are sockets and switches on those walls.

Great location with great view of the castle. Clean and comfy rooms, very comfy bed. Breakfast was good. Food at the restaurant was also good. The pool and the massage was very nice and relaxing.

In the spa area a little attentions is required for the hydromassage tub and the wet sauna. The hydromassage tub water jet for the back massagers was not working, only a few bubbles were coming out and a bigger amount in one feet area (during the program). The temperature in the wet sauna was very low.

The hotel is new and extremely clean! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a hotel with this much attention to cleanliness! The rooms are spacious enough, nicely furnished, fully equipped and the view is spectacular, no matter which room you book. The staff is really friendly and welcoming, they are always eager to help, with a smile on their faces. The spa area is not that big, but very clean and comfortable, the pool had a good temperature and wasn’t very crowded.

Only one negative thing to mention, the jacuzzi did not work the entire Friday afternoon, the water was colder than the one in the pool, and even after complaining about it nothing improved until the next day…. However all was forgotten thanks to the great overall experience 😄

Nice, clean, very convenient, and in a good location.

We stayed for 2 nights. On the first night, we received drinking water, but on the second night, we didn’t. It would be great if drinking water was provided on both nights. Also, the spa opened a bit too late in the day, so we couldn’t enjoy it as much as we would have liked. (This is not a complaint, just a friendly suggestion 😃)
