I appreciated the location – very close to the beach, restaurants, and other attractions. Another plus was the availability of parking, which was important to me.

However, the overall experience was affected by several issues. Although I visited the location in person before booking, no one mentioned that I needed to reserve a spot in the covered parking separately – this should have been clearly communicated. The reception staff seemed more focused on explaining what couldn’t be done rather than trying to help or find solutions. Also, the cleaning service did not match what was described on Booking – the room was not cleaned daily, and the bed linens were not changed after three days; we had to specifically request it. The hotel has potential, but it needs more attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach from the staff.

The single room flat was okay, spacious. We slept well. The place has a kids pool and playground, which is not crowded only in the morning, and offers parking in the shade. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. We appreciate they allowed us late checkout.

Too expensive, found a better place nearby with half the money. Shower broken. We didn't have towels for our kid, and when I asked they forgot to bring them. We only got one the second night, but I had to go down to the reception to take it. The block is too close to the other and feels like living in a neighborhood, not at a vacay at the seaside. There's lacking privacy, you can see what everybody else is doing on the balcony.

Several Parking slots available and no concerns on where to safely park your car. The location near the beach is really useful especially when you’re with kiddos. The girls at the reception were really nice and ready to help. The cleaning services are also included, which is helpful. They had a small park for the kids to have fun at.

The pillows are not that soft and the neck hurts. Using the shower cabin, a lot of water was spilled on the floor. The hair dryer was missing in one of the apartment’s rooms. The AC was also dropping drops of water on the sofa and outside on the balcony. Few reparations need to be performed in the next future.

Issue with the plumming. We uad to change the room due to the bathroom being fludded with water. The reception staff was very kind and helped right away. No late check-out policy. Latest our you can check-out is 13. For a keen eye the cleaning would have room fir improvement. During the 4 days we stayed only once we had 2 towels changed and nothing else done in the room.

I liked the area; I liked the restaurants and the amenities on the property. The rooms were a good size, and they were clean.

I did not like the lighting in the hallway. It was automatic, and it would turn on one light at a time, without lighting the whole hallway. It was a little weird because you could not see in advanced in front of you. I also didn't like that the doors had actual keys which made it annoying when sharing a room.

The apartment was spacious and close to the beach. Because the entire building is apartment hotel and cleaning is done daily is a plus, comparing cu other apartments from the complex, where are managed by individual owners.

When we checked in, we noticed that there was a lot of dust, hair and sand on the floor. Seemed like it was not cleaned at all after the previous guests. Some of the towels provided were dirty and the tea spoons in the kitchen also left dirty. I went to reception and complained and the cleaning stuff went and cleaned the room. Although they immediately managed the issue, is preferable to make sure the rooms are cleaned properly prior to checkin in new guests. A recommendation would be to have a coffee maker in the room(instead of instant coffee) and maybe the kitchen to be more equipped (for 4 people we had 3 glasses, 3 forks,2 teaspoons, etc).

The complex is isolated and you basically have everything you need there. The amenities are really good, the restaurants the gym the pools. Especially is you have kids. The apartments also have a nice design and it's good that no matter the apartment you have some sort of a sea view.

The walls let a lot of noise from other rooms. A lot. And even in the room the sound from the running water was pretty loud. Having came with a baby that needed to sleep more than the average person this was quite annoying. Also, the room was kinda worn and needed some fixing. And lastly the couch has broken and could not pe properly folded

The cleanliness, the staff, the comfortable furniture, good location.

The parking lot was in a dusty area, the fact that the resort doesn't provide breakfast, the price is bit expensive for Romania. The beach was dirty, the sunbeds expensive and the water dirty as well.

Location is great, staff are verey frindly, facility is great, good for kids and family, resturants around are perfict

Elevators are slow and alot of times got stuck, spa was fully booked 2 days after arriving so need to book as soon as arriving, main bed needed deep cleaning

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The rooms were very clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with an incredibly comfortable bed. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and attentive – you can really feel they care about their guests.
