The smooth check in process, the cleanliness, the fact that the villa is new and beautifully built. The beds are comfortable, the room is big, we also received an upgrade to a room with balcony, the bathroom is big and the overall aspect and vibe of the place are really nice.

The heating was not on and it took some time until the room reached a comfortable temperature. It went on and off and we mostly relied on the air conditioning device. It was not a huge problem since winter is not peak season for this location but overall it was a bit cold.

Everything is so thoughtfully built and equipped and of best quality. This makes the stay very enjoyable, along with the caring staff. I recommend Maria’s breakfast also. Very pleased to have met them! Great place!

Did not enjoy the construction works sound pollution around the property, but Mamaia is a big construction site during off-season anyways, so I did my best to ignore it. Plus, it is temporary.

It was very good, but the breakfast could be even more diversified. The room was large, quite with a wonderful view to the interior garden, where could be planted more threes.

In the first place I have to mention that I felt being hosted by a human being and not an organization. The owner quicky became friendly and asked if he could help in any way. The place is really great, modern villa, really clean and you can find anything you need . The breakfast is also great. I had an omelette that I really recommend

Every time we come to Mamaia, we stay at this chic villa with a garden. Excellent service, unbeatable value for money, which is rare on the Romanian coast. Large, spacious rooms, modern design. The garden area is the perfect place to relax after a day on the beach. The bathroom is generous and full of natural light as well as tasteful architectural light. Quality products. Clothes dryer on the balcony. Cleanliness is exemplary. The coffee is very good, with quality espresso. The owner of the villa is a very hospitable and helpful gentleman who takes into account the feedback of the guests. Appreciate the improvements from year to year. Organization of the coffee area and mini bar, self-check-in, useful information, everything is intuitive. Also a plus for the English language. All information and menus are bilingual, clearly displaying ingredient lists and allergen lists. Parking is a plus. Friendly staff.

Easy to handle the acces and parking! Very nice furnishings and furniture!

Very noisy…from nearby constructions and heavy machinery, but in particular from the neighbors dog! The admin didn’t bother, he just asked not to get them in trouble with the authorities since we wanted to call Animal Control!

The place is nice, clean and comfortable. We have already stayed there twice. We loved the room on the corner of the 1st floor. It has a nice balcony and a view from all windows. Take into account that the hotel is in the growing part of the city, so there are many constructions going on all around and it is not too comfortable to go out for a walk. The car is a lot more convenient since the road outside of the hotel is not pedestrian friendly. However, there are some good restaurants around within a 10-15 min walking distance.

The breakfast was so-so, and the surrounding construction sounds could sometimes be disturbing.

Parking issue, we had a parking space in the main yard but when we came back at 01 am all parking spaces were full and nowhere to park. After speaking to them next day they had multiple villas there but didn't tell us we can park there

The personal was extremely friendly and our comfort was their no. 1 priority. The host also wanted to be sure that everything is working properly and that we are truly enjoying our stay. We are definitely going to come back again.

The property is excelent, we understood why is “adult only” when we arrived.😊 All materials that have been used are high quality, good taste and high confort. We felt excellent during our stay, and for sure we will be back!
