Excellent hotel! The room was very nice,very good view, colorful and cozy, with a nice atmosphere. I especially liked the pool - clean, spacious and very comfortable. It is really nice to relax and spend time with family or friends here.

The only thing I would like is a little more attention to detail. It felt like the room hadn't been cleaned in hard-to-reach places for a long time - a thin layer of dust reminded me that the cleaning could have been more thorough. The windows were losing their transparency a little, slightly muffling the beautiful views from the outside. The sink also seemed to be asking for a little help from a specialist to work at full capacity again and please guests. I hope the administration will pay attention to these nuances so that the stay becomes absolutely perfect!

The view from the room at the 6th floor was breath taking. The room was very clean and cosy. The food excellent, plenty to choose from at breakfast. Very friendly staff. Walking distance from the train station.

The toilets near reception and restaurant were gross at 12pm, it was obvious that no one cleaned them until that time and one was also broken. Also, the sauna area smelled very bad like a sewer, it ruined a bit our relaxing mood. Fortunately it was better inside the sauna. There are 3 saunas but quite small, crowded almost all the time. The jacuzzi was full and in the pool played a lot of children jumping and splashing the water, not quite the relaxing spa atmosphere. Anyway, we got to spend some tine in the sauna and that was ok :)

Excellent location, good room, excellent facilities including a swimming pool, perfect breakfast. It is the 5th time I return to this hotel and each tome I enjoy mostly.

Room lacks electrical outlets next the bed. Dard to find an outlet for charging 2 phones a d a tablet.

- Very nice lobby, very good position and view, spatious room. - Large pool, the water was warm enough (however not children friendly - depth 170cm) - Very nice staff at the reception, called me for check-in as the room was ready a bit earlier.

- Breakfast: not diverse enough and poor quality of the food and drinks (ex. Ciao juice in a 4 stars hotel)

The hotel is nice, the swiming pool and facilities are good. The hotel has a big parking but beware it is not in the center, if you walk in the evening it is advised to take the car for safety.

The breakfast is ok but you have to come early because in the last half hour you will not find everything available.

The food was great. The room had an amazing view, the beds were comfy and we really enjoyed that we had 2 bathrooms. The pool was clean, but the depth of it was around 1,80m so if you can't swim or you have kids you must watch them carrefully. It was nice that they had two jacuzzi tubs.

Something at the personal wasn't quite nice or right.. or maybe we wanted to be more welcomed. The best interaction that we had, was with the ladies by the pool. They gave us towels and exchanged some nice words with us.

The location and view was great. The hotel has many facilities you can enjoy as spa, sauna and indoor pool. Rooms and bathrooms are quite spacious. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in a long time in Romania.

The staff could be more nicer with their clients. The rooms are poorly renovated. Dissapointed by the cleanliness in the rooms and especially in the bathroom. When we arrived we found small hair on the floor. When I asked the housekeeper if they cleaned it she said that this is the floor tile design but I insisted to vacuum again. After I showed her the hair, the second reason came saying that the vacuums are not working properly, but when she turned it on, seemed to work perfectly fine. There was also hair in one of the glasses I was supposed to drink from...

The breakfast in the middle of the week is not self serviced and is very low compared the weekends. You are brought some food but little preferences to be made to the waiters

Big room with comfy beds

Deep pool, not good for children that can’t swim, smelled a lot of cloride. The breakfast could use better quality food. Also after 2 dinners the children started vomiting. Could have been the food or the pool…very small bathroom very oudated and fungus.
