The room and staff were absolutely exceptional. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and a level of hospitality that exceeded my expectations. The room itself was immaculate, with stylish decor and all the amenities one could ask for. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the plush bedding to the well-stocked minibar.

There was a minor issue with one of the items in the minibar, but the staff was extremely responsive and took immediate action to rectify the situation, resolving it swiftly and efficiently.

Location was perfect, the staff at reception was very helpful and went out of their way to assist. The rooms were newly redone but there are several issues that they need to address. Breakfast food was excellent and plentiful.

The hotel does not have an elevator and with three floors this creates a problem for elderly - this should be pointed out. We ate dinner at the Robinson, hotel restaurant - the food was Ok, but we asked for gluten free food and were told it is marked on the menu what is or is not with glute. That was true but we pointed out that they had food where the contents listed showed flour so cannot be gluten free - they said its a mistake, it's not gluten free!!!! In addition, we sat down for diner and a waitress came but she said she speaks no English - she knew we were not locals yet still - this also needs the hotel's attention.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Everything you need is provided: towels, robes, toothpaste, toothbrush, body wash, soap, shampoo, glasses, minibar, everything advertised also available. The breakfast was also on a high level.

The water in the pool was getting dirty, please check the water filter.

Food, internal design, nice atmosphere, feeling cozy.

Continuous discussions and requests around easy topics, while the guys at the Reception were constantly either promising that someone will come over and solve it, or that we were the first ones to complain about it. Oh, and no wifi in the room. Music was tooooo loud in the restaurant, I could barely hear my kids & wife. Please improve your customer service & experience..

Typing a five digit code each time to enter the room may be a little bit akward.

I have traveled with my family, and everything was incredible. we received a free upgrade and we stayed at Elexus Hotel. The soa was beautiful, the swimming pool hot and the sauna very relaxing. The room was aesthetically pleasing and the bed very comfy. The restaurant was also beautiful, because you could see the forest through the window and the breakfast absolutely amazing! They also had live music playing at the breakfast and dinner which we found very relaxing and special.

The only thing that we didn’t quite like about the property was the fact that it is not always vegan friendly. My dad is vegan, he does not eat meat, fish, lactose products. He ordered a burger and was assured by the waitress that it was suitable for his lifestyle. But in fact the cheese was halloumi, which is an animal based product, and we asked again if it’s safe for him to eat that. They reassured my dad that it’s ok by presenting to us the pack of the cheese and told us it is vegan. In fact it was not, my mom searched on the internet and found out the ingredients and it was halloumi. We would suggest to have more attention to the vegan clients, because they could ruin their holiday by eating something that could make them feel sick.

Everything is as it should be for a pleasent stay. Food is great. Staff was polite and helpfull.

While in line with the area, the prices are a bit high for everything.

The room is clean, you have a minibar, wardrobe and a TV. You can use the jacuzzi located on the 1st floor until 21:00. The breakfast is really good. The location has a private parking next to the main hotel and lots lf other parking spots marked on the street.

The bathroom is really small and uncomfortable.

A beautiful location with a pleasant atmosphere, very clean rooms, very comfortable beds, warm pool, in a word, very satisfied. I highly recommend it.
