The stuff. 5 min left to close the breakfast and they didn’t allow us to pay for it and to grab some items from the buffet. The receptionists were not saying hi when we were passing.

It was very clean. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good.

Very nice staff, close to the slope, great food at restaurant, the room for kids to play is a good idea

Beautiful and pittoresque location, beautiful balcony, good food, very good stay conditions. It is a good option for every family vacation in the mountains.

The main problem would be the lack of an elevator. Also, there might be bears walking around during the night. The bed was a little bit small for a family of three.

the property is very nice, recently renovated has all the things new and in good condition. went there in the mid of october for some hiking and i have been completely surprised to find a 3 stars chalet with new furniture, nespresso coffee machine, minibar, thermostat to make the room temperature as you wish and good amenities. breakfast was sufficient, i think everybody has sth to eat for his tastes. it can easily go up to 4 stars with some facilities added. compared to what can be found around there and in that price range it is a good option. located in a nice quiet area near the ski slope.

maybe it would be helpful for them to have the restaurant open for more than just breakfast, but also lunch, dinner or drinks but for me that wasn’t a problem during my stay. i think the staff is a bit small, they could benefit of a larger staff help all the tourists promptly at every hour. maybe this changes during ski season when the number of tourists is higher

Clean location and friendly staff Very close to the teleferic and slope

The area was almost deserted at the beginning of Nov, with the only possibility to go to a restaurant or drink in the evening in the resort. It would have been nice to keep at least the bar open in the evening.

Modern looking room with a king size bed. There is a 5 minute walk to the ski slope and sleighing slope. The hotel has its own restaurant with good dishes. There is a children's playing room with lots of toys.

Bathroom is a little bit too small. Although the restaurant is advertised that it closes at 24:00, actually the kitchen closes at 21:45. The TV's are not smart TV's, therefore you can't watch before sleep your favourite shows.

Clean, comfortable and close to the ski slope. The hotel restaurant provided good options for lunch/dinner and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Balcony door was not 100% air tight

Location very close to the slopes, heat in the room, balcony, free private parking, nice staff, the room was clean, own restaurant, good food

The noise can be heard from other rooms and from the hallway, the room is not very soundproofed, the parking lot full of snow, it would have been nice to be cleaned up
