The location is as central as it can get, neighboring the town's citadel and being at a walking distance to most of the tourist attractions, of which there are quite a handful. The room itself was a blend of elegant and practical, which seems to be the etiquette of the whole place from what we have gathered. The beds were comfortable, the shower and bathtub were awesome and having control over the various lights in the room to set up a mood enabled for a more romantic nuance.

There is a driveway next to the hotel, which can mean lots of outside noise during the day. However, to note is that the town grows quiet during the evening.

good location, good breakfast and good restaurant in general. the room was spacious and nice. nice bed linen and as we were there on very hot days all the AC's worked very well. it is also good for family with children. very close by there are plenty of parks and places with activities for kids all ages.

the shower drain was a bit clogged or not properly tilted towards the drain, so being directly on the bathroom floor there was a lot of water running out of the shower area. it looked good but not well executed when it comes to functionality. other than that some small details like: around the wall that was in the middle of the room the plinth on the floor was made of plastic with sharp edges and a screw in the middle, it was not at all well attached to the wall, so few times I had to pick it up as it was falling down as you walked by it and with my kid running around and playing on the floor did not seem so safe to leave it laying there.

We booked last minute and was greeted by a lovely lady on reception, who checked us in and showed us to our very large hotel room. We had the deluxe double with castle view. The room was amazing, large, clean, modern with a large modern lovely bathroom. Had a smart tv which was huge! Had everything you could need and such a good price. We got our car parked in the car park which was really convenient. Had a walk around the area in the evening, some bars and restaurants to visit. When we checked out there was an equally lovely lady who couldn’t have been friendly! Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable and cool (which was great during a very hot summer). The lady from the staff was very kind and eager to help us. The location of the hotel is very convenient, in the city center right across the street from the medieval fortress and also walking distance from the main attractions, restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc. Many parking spaces are available near the hotel (or you can use the ones from the inner courtyard (but there are only two available)). The windows block out external noise very well.

Location is in the center, parking places avaiable at premises, few parking places on the property, hotel is very nice, elegant, clean (very white towels), room was very big and the bath was awsome. The staff is very wellcoming. They did everithing to let us feel more than wellcome. We arrived after checking hours and they send us a code for the entrance and let the keys at the reception desk. Explain what are the posibilities for parking and they were always in contact with us for the questions we need it.

Everithing was more than perfect.

The room size was very generous, it looked like a real boutique place. Coffee and tea available. Staff extremely friendly, we exchanged some messages before the arrival, as the reception is not 24/7. We checked-in very easily after 1am. The reception also took care of our parking ticket, so we won’t have to wake up in the morning. Staff very friendly.

The shower doesn’t have a curtain and all the water flows out on the parquet, but we understand it is on purpose like that.

We loved the room! The location is ideal for walking around the city, and the staff was lovely.

Our only issue was that the air conditioner would start making angry noises after being on for a few hours, even on a low setting, and we were visiting during some pretty warm days - we would have to turn it off for an hour or so before turning it back on

Breakfast was okay. Not included in the room's price. Breakfast was served at the restaurant downstairs (ground floor of that building), the boutique and the restaurant having the same owner. We stayed there for 2 nights, Saturday to Monday. Something odd happened on Monday morning, when we went down to the restaurant at 8 am to find out it will only open at 9 am. I don't know if this was something unexpected and not happening all the time. But I really find it disturbing. Assuming you are there with business matters and by 9am you already have to mind your job. Shouldn't breakfast be available earlier on woring days?

Room was quite small. Clean, comfy bed, but considering 2 people and their luggage, well, there wasn't too much space left. No drawer (as there was no room for it), only a hanger with a rail to hang shirts/T-shirts, but I was constantly hitting those hanged clothes with my head/shoulder when passing. The room was in the attic, window towards downtown city. It was really hot outside, keeping the window open was not a good idea, because of the heat and noise. We had to let AC working while going out for the evening walk (room was much to small to sleep with working AC).

Great location for walking around, accessing tourist sites and also many restaurants. Front desk staff are very friendly and courteous. No elevators in this beautiful old renovated building, but staff immediately took our suitcases and quickly assisted in carrying them up the 3 flights of stairs. We had a large room, top floor, with huge free standing bathtub, small refrigerator. Good a/c. Extremely clean and well cared for small boutique hotel. Large round windows and a “castle “ view. Good room darkening drapes. Excellent lighting. Comfortable bedding and mattress. If parking is needed, reserve very early. They only have 2 spaces.Enjoyed the convenience, friendly service and food at nearby Le Teo Restaurant.

Awesome hotel in a beautiful old building. Very nicely decorated rooms, very clean and cozy. Comfortable bed and pillows. Soundproofed windows are excelent, rooms are quiet. Amazing stuff. Helenn from the reception is so kind and attentive. Nothing was to much for her. Perfect location. Good value for money. The attached restaurant named Orobianco is also a plus.

I loved it. Nothing to dislike.
