We liked the location of the hotel, practically it is in the heart of the city. The breakfast was very good and the gym (free of charge) is also nice, clean and well equipped. Parking is possible with limited spaces.

It was a bit tricky to find out how the electric car charger worked as the QR code opens an application which only shows E.On chargers in Hungary. Finally we downloaded the Romanian e-Charge application that solved the problem.

Location: right in the centre of the city. Nice and safe area to walk around. Breakfast was the best we had in Romania so far ( stayed in many hotels including Grand hotel in Bucharest). Our view from the room on 5th floor was great. Nice big windows. Clean, modern hotel. Parking was safe in a courtyard. Specialty self serve coffee in the lobby.

The vanity in the bathroom was very shallow. Not much area to hang your towels. The shelf attached to the bed in lieu of night table was very low to the ground. Not very practical.

Great new hotel, lovely staff, great food, beautiful room

The AC was very difficult to use. On our first visit, two weeks ago, one of the staff tried to help us but she couldn’t. We assumed there was a problem in the room. This time, the same problem. I suggested to the desk staff that they create a set of instructions for each room. We’ll see if they do.

My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic. The breakfast was not only delicious but offered a wide variety of options that catered to different tastes. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and had a visually appealing decor. As for the location, it couldn't have been more convenient, right in the heart of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

I was on a quick stopover and quite exhausted during my stay. I expected the hotel staff to be more proactive, especially in terms of handing back my ID after check-in, which unfortunately didn't happen neither upon check-in nor upon check-out.

A very good quality hotel right in the center of the city, modern design rooms, spotless clean, fine and helpful staff. Very good price/value ratio. Perfect breakfast with many choices. Free parking in the courtyard is also convenient, although no reservation possible. A big plus for the lebanese restaurant on site, which is indeed special and serving high quality food (although not cheap). Highly reccomended :)

Strange, that you cannot enter the hotel directly from the parking, and you have to walk back to the street, but not a big issue.

The staff was incredibly helpful and sweet including the lady at the reception and the housekeeping staff. Rooms are stylish and big, beds are comfy. Maybe a bigger pillow would have been better but otherwise great experience. We also enjoyed the spa. And the Balinese masseuse is a gem, make sure you book a session with her.

We got a second bedroom so we can have separate beds but it was unfortunately less well outlined than the other. The bathroom was small and no wall mirror in the room but its a minor thing.

The hotel has a very interesting decor as you can see from the lighting in the front. All the rooms are different, and in line with the designer's concept. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is great, right on the Central square. It is wonderful that they have their own parking, even in this crowded location. Very comfy beds! Fantastic breakfast! The massage was out of this world.

Great location right in the centre, lovely and helpful staff, beautiful hotel, amazing breakfast, delicious food at Rotonda restaurant. Parking is done in a back courtyard. The first day we couldn't attend breakfast and they were sweet enough to pack it for us to go.

Friendly staff. Room tidy, complimentary coffee-tea by reception and tea in the room. The spa was small, but the sauna really nice. The gym was basic but if you want to do something, you can. Good variety, tasty, fresh food for breakfast

Some rooms overlook the square, so you might hear a little noise from the traffic

Very nice room. Services were outstanding. Breakfast was good, they have a very good coffee that is provided during entire day. Spa facillities are a big plus.
