We really enjoyed the cozy of the room after a full day of ski in Transalpina. The tempreture into the rooms was perfect. The room and also the batroom was clean. The breakfast was good, not so many tipes of choices but important is that was delicious.

We didn’t like the fact that we were been informed that the SPA is open and when wanted to go for a jacuzzi sesion, we were been informed that it’s closed. The SPA zone was a main decision factor to book this hotel and was a bit’ disapoined.

Excellent breakfast. The location is suitable for excursionists and hikers. Staff very friendly. They also have an excellent kitchen where you can get authentic Romanian food.

Maybe the neighbor's dog that barked at night.

Clean comfortable room. Nice location with views. Friendly staff. Food at the restaurant was good.

The room has a very large balcony. The beds were comfy.

Some tourists probably smoked in the room, it was a smell of tobacco in the room. The position of the toilet - the builder should be sent to jail for that.

the value for what you get was great.

after a long day riding I came across this place by chance. the facilities, gym, sauna and jacuzzi worked perfectly.

Great variety of food for breakfast & friendly stuff.

In the evening the water in the shower was pretty cold. Also in the room, was not very hot. In the shower some pieces of plastics were not proper glued in their place.

The room (excluding bathroom) was large enough to be very comfortable. Overall clean and functional.

There are several things that I did not appreciate. Bathroom was very small and crowded. One very small TV on the wall (of course I don't go on holiday to watch TV, but still... it looked cheap and ugly). Sometimes it was hard to find someone at the reception desk. It was cold in the restaurant. SPA access was restricted (because of COVID they said), even though other SPA facilities in the area were open. Last but not least, they were not EV friendly.
