Breakfast was good.

We had a family room. The hotel has many buildings and the way to get to our room was like a labyrinth , we had to climb until 1st floor, walk down a corridor, get to another corridor, pass by the pool, climb another flight of stairs and then get to a lift. We had a 3 year old with us, not very convenient, carrying all the luggage and the child. The apartment had outdated furniture, an uncomfortable sofa and a comfortable double bed. The spa is also located in another building, approximately 500 m away from the hotel.

We had dinner on our first day: the staff was great but the food came a bit late (around 30 min) - for pasta and a grill is a bit too much. Also the carbonara had the sauce too greasy.

My husband and I were very thrilled with the whole experience at Hotel Tisa, their Water Park, massage services, and friendly staff! We also highly recommend their medical staff which was highly knowledgeable and caring. Overall it was a stellar experience and whenever we come back to visit Romania, we will definitely go back!

The hotel is great for a 3* compared to many others in Romania or abroad. The staff was nice and helpful and the location has great facilities with an amazing spa! Totally recommend buying the room with spa access. Special thanks to the staff at the spa who were over the expectations! Amazing program at the sauna!

Not necessarily something unpleasant but the parking spot was 300 m from the hotel if you don't find one in front of it.

Everything was quite good, the food, the accommodation, the facilities. A big plus was the free access to Aquapark Tisa Spa Resort .

I did not like the drilling machine noise in the morning. it is not a good way to wake up..

I would recommend the Hotel Tisa for: cleaning,location,breakfast.

I would say the price is high, it is comparable with a night stay at Poiana Brasov having the same conditions.The double room is too small for a family of three persons.

The staff at the reception - they were very helpful and they even offered us a room upgrade with nice views over the city. Decent food prices, pool & spa not very crowded, great location, comfortable beds.

Breakfast variety could be improved. There is a chance that you won't find a parking spot if the hotel is too crowded.

Location, a short walk to the thermal springs, view from the balcony, the spa center which is 5 minutes from the hotel but is at extra charge

room has outdated furniture hotel spa which is free of charge needs updates, very small and the water did not look very clean. There is another spa 5 minutes walking from the hotel which is great, but you have to pay for the entrance, bath robes and towels

Location was great.

No fan in the bathroom, therefore high humidity. Fruit and vegetable for breakfast were not at all cleaned or washed. Opaque curtained needed for a good night sleep!

I think there is no better view over downtown Baile Olanesti. We came for a relaxing weekend with some friends and 2 days at the pool. We found what we came for. The hotel has all facilities one could ask for and the reception lady was kind enough to check us in way earlier than the initial check-in hour, and we thank her for that, and for her availability every time we had a request. :)

Everything was ok, only the first day the chlorine in the pool was a little high, but throughout the day the was also solved.
