Nice room, comfortable bed, quality bedding. Rich and varied breakfast. Very nice and clean SPA area

The daily cleaning of the room is very poorly. The bathroom is not clean properly (I had a mark on the sink for 3 days). The floor is wash with a dirty mop without sweeping or vacuuming first. The tops and tables are not clean at all. The dirty glasses and mugs are not replaced with clean ones. Considering that the hotel is rated 4 stars and has a Medical SPA, the towels in the room should be changed every day with cleans ones

The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The AC worked nicely and made the room cool in the summer heat. There were tea/coffee facilities. For the price of the stay you get access to the indoor and outdoor pools.

The breakfast is quite poor, there are few options considering the high price per room/stay. (I would consider it decent were it not such a costly hotel) The indoor pool is rather small. It was ok when we visited because there were very few people inside, but if you have ten people there it feels really crowded.

Room size - as for 2, max 3 star hotel Tiny bathroom; if you're average male you get uncomfortable on toilet (as you touch the walls) Would be good to mention all facilities at checkin, as before departure we discovered there's a mineral pool near hotel and that with hotel key we had access to all mineral springs

Food was not enough and not so good and not enough personal .

Room was very clean, staff was very sociable, especially the lady from restaurant, Luminita. I was really impressed with almost everything. Maybe spa area could be improved with an extra pool. Also menu to the restaurant could be improved . But we really loved every moment.

Wr we’re not in a high season and part of locations like lobby bar, restaurant were closed. Also didn’t get enough info about “medical part” of SPA, except of pools with different water

Excellent breakfast, nicely renovated interior, very friendly staff. SPA was nice although it can get a bit crowded at times.

Restaurant service was slow and clumsy but everyone was trying their best and the overall experience was not bad.

Very good location, rooms were comfortable and clean.

The spa facilities don’t work as they should, the pools are quite small. No one checks the sauna for water supply.

Itnisnperfect for family with kids. Kids enjoyed the playground. The pool, the sauna, all conditions are perfect.

No contra arguments. The food a little too expensive compared with others locals in area.
