For me, the most important thing is that the hotel is very quiet and that’s the main reason I will return for. We had a room at the top floor with terrace. The room was spotless, the bed is comfortable however for a 4 stars hotel the pillows are not very good. They need to be changed with better quality pillows. The bathroom is big, the staff leaves toiletries, there’s extra towels and bathrobes. Overall it’s a good hotel and I enjoyed the stay. The only thing to be aware of is, the sauna is off and there’s an extra cost if you want to use it. As a guest at the hotel I feel like the use of the facilities should be complimentary. Also, the restaurant - breakfast is ok but food in general is bad. Bland and expensive. I would not waste my money on food there. The restaurant staff is really nice so 4 stars for them but not the food.

Amazing outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Although it's close to the main road,it's quiet.

breakfast: More than enough. very friendly and efficient staff. Discreet and quiet atmosphere. Extremely friendly cleaning ladies. Exceptional location in the middle of the resort with access to several local shops with products specific to the area. Massage was a good choice... the pool with hot water is fantastic.

Maybe some more exotic menus (I meant specific :))))), for example ''ciorba de burta''- I had to look elsewhere, ''sarmalute'', peppers stuffed with sour cream .... polenta. fruit salads with ice cream ... like ideea

Very nice room, clean and comfortable and warm and kind personnel . Good restaurant menu and a varied breakfast offering fresh and good quality products.

A bit crowded in the pool area.

Almost everything: the room with the big balcony, the pool, the geothermal water in the pool or "ciubăr", parking place, the restaurant, the terrace from the pool, the beach towels in the room. The thing that I liked the most was the respectful stuff!!! I have never seen such nice people and always responding in a calm, respectful and smiling way!! 10 points for the massage, also: devine!!

I didn't like that inside the closet was full of dust and on the balcony, on the ground, the same: dust, hair, some old bottles hidden around a pillar, from other tourists.

Very rude staff in the restaurant! 3 waiters, guys were providing very bad customer service!

The hotel is really very clean and nice. The stuff is very helpful, they were very responsive and helped me to organise a birthday cake for my loved one. The food was good at the breakfast. The pool and hot tub outside was warm and it was nice to have an opportunity to swim in the heated pool while the weather was cold. Definitely recommend this place :)

The Room was very clean and comfortable. The thermal water pool was great, clean and has a good tempreture. The temperature from the access spaces, lobby and room was perfect for me (over 25°C when outside was 2°C). Breakfast was amazing, some local speciality very from a day to another, but very good quality food.

The RESTAURANT: The extra meal wasn't one of the straight point of the hotel. We took a Gulas which it was very very spicy and a beef wok that was to cold (pasta) and with some vegetables(green beans) with no purpose in all composition. The stuff was just passive to this unpleasant food which we let it full in the plates and order something else that was unpleasant too. They didn't ask what was wrong in order to improve or to try to make our meal a reason to come again.

Nice facility overall. Great location, clean, friendly people.

Miss communication between the hotel and booking.com, and misrepresentation. No showers in the bathrooms, just tubs and no tub curtains. If you try to take a shower, be ready to step in to a small lake, when you're thinking you're going to step on the floor. You have two choices, to be ignorant or use all your bath towels to clean up the water. Overall, much better 4 stars hotel than many other I've been around the world.

Excellent service from all property staff. It is rare to see such level of excellence in customer service in Romania. Chapeau!

At lunch time if the restaurant is full, waiting time can be long.
