Nice hotel in a nice environment. The staff was very helpful,I would like to highlight the waiter in the restaurant during dinner. The whole area is well maintained, they clean it constantly. There is plenty of parking. The quality of the restaurant is excellent, the breakfast was also good.

I wouldn't say I didn't like the pool...but the filtration could be better, by the afternoon there were a lot of bugs swimming on the surface of the water. I mean a loooot...

For me, the most important thing is that the hotel is very quiet and that’s the main reason I will return for. We had a room at the top floor with terrace. The room was spotless, the bed is comfortable however for a 4 stars hotel the pillows are not very good. They need to be changed with better quality pillows. The bathroom is big, the staff leaves toiletries, there’s extra towels and bathrobes. Overall it’s a good hotel and I enjoyed the stay. The only thing to be aware of is, the sauna is off and there’s an extra cost if you want to use it. As a guest at the hotel I feel like the use of the facilities should be complimentary. Also, the restaurant - breakfast is ok but food in general is bad. Bland and expensive. I would not waste my money on food there. The restaurant staff is really nice so 4 stars for them but not the food.

Amazing outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Although it's close to the main road,it's quiet.

Very nice room, clean and comfortable and warm and kind personnel . Good restaurant menu and a varied breakfast offering fresh and good quality products.

A bit crowded in the pool area.

Almost everything: the room with the big balcony, the pool, the geothermal water in the pool or "ciubăr", parking place, the restaurant, the terrace from the pool, the beach towels in the room. The thing that I liked the most was the respectful stuff!!! I have never seen such nice people and always responding in a calm, respectful and smiling way!! 10 points for the massage, also: devine!!

I didn't like that inside the closet was full of dust and on the balcony, on the ground, the same: dust, hair, some old bottles hidden around a pillar, from other tourists.

breakfast: More than enough. very friendly and efficient staff. Discreet and quiet atmosphere. Extremely friendly cleaning ladies. Exceptional location in the middle of the resort with access to several local shops with products specific to the area. Massage was a good choice... the pool with hot water is fantastic.

Maybe some more exotic menus (I meant specific :))))), for example ''ciorba de burta''- I had to look elsewhere, ''sarmalute'', peppers stuffed with sour cream .... polenta. fruit salads with ice cream ... like ideea

Everything was in his place: the bed, the bathroom, the view to the little creek in the nearby, the pool... We felt welcomed to the place. The staff ... nice, smiling and polite. Good food at the back terrace ... and the breakfast too. Good swimming pool, clean and big enough for a quick jump or for a swim.

We have no bad comments.

The hotel is really very clean and nice. The stuff is very helpful, they were very responsive and helped me to organise a birthday cake for my loved one. The food was good at the breakfast. The pool and hot tub outside was warm and it was nice to have an opportunity to swim in the heated pool while the weather was cold. Definitely recommend this place :)

We had wonderful time. The location , staff, comfort- all exceeded our expectation. Love the massage:-). Restaurant service is outstanding. Visited a lot of historical sites. Beautiful park across the street.
