I recently had the pleasure of spending a night at Fatima Hotel in Musanze, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that made me feel instantly at home. I stayed in a Large Double Room, which was not only spacious but also thoughtfully designed for comfort. The room was impeccably clean, with a cozy bed, elegant decor, and all the modern amenities I needed for a restful night. The atmosphere was peaceful, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape — a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the beauty of Musanze. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff was kind, attentive, and eager to ensure I had everything I needed. Whether it was the front desk team, housekeeping, or the restaurant staff, their friendliness and professionalism made my experience feel personal and special. Fatima Hotel is more than just a place to stay — it's a place where hospitality is deeply felt. I left feeling refreshed, cared for, and already planning my next visit. I liked Fatima Hotel for its great location near Volcanoes National Park, beautiful mountain views, friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfast. The amenities like the pools and spa made the stay even more relaxing.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like everything met my expectations. Some areas could benefit from a little extra attention to make the experience even more exceptional, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

I must commend the restaurant services and housekeeping for their exceptional organization and outstanding performance

The service at the front desk was also lacking in professionalism, as the staff member was unhelpful and even rude when questioned or given feedback. I encountered this during my check-out on March 18th, 2024, in the morning at 9 am. from the treatment of staff who ignore guests' requests, to the elevators that don't work, cold water showers, 1h30m in the restaurant to serve 1 burger, rooms without blackout and with sunlight at 100 % at 6am, the absurd noise at dawn, rooms without sound insulation, broken showers, and the wifi sometimes doesn’t work!! employees ignore customers!! It's one the most surreal thing I've ever seen!!! terrible!
