Location was excellent, in the centre of Musanze accessible and there are all services around. Pharmacies, restaurants, markets, etc.. staff were excellent. I requested a late check out which they granted, and they dropped the additional fee when they knew my husband got sick and he needed to rest longer in the room after being discharged from the clinic. Staff at the reception was very nice and friendly, the same at the restaurant. Food is very tasty and they bring it to the room. Very comfortable and clean rooms and they brought extra towels we requested.

Breakfast could be richer with some cheese, but they prepare omelettes just ask!

Agnes was absolutely amazing! She checked us in and walked us to our room and made us feel like we were at home. There was mango juice to greet us In reception and Agnes make sure that Every need with Met. She recommended places of interest in the area, places to eat, including the restaurant facility at the hotel. Agnes was completely genuine as she asked us how our stay was how comfortable are rooms were, and said she looked forward to seeing us again when we departed from the hotel. meeting Agnes and her warm hospitality was one of the highlights of my traveling through Rwanda.

Receptionist was unfriendly and tried to charge us for a meal we didn’t have - when she realised her mistake did not apologise. There is no aircon in the room. We arrived for breakfast one morning about 30 mins after it had started and there was very little out - only had coffee and toast available. The following day when we came later the breakfast was ok.

The breakfast was great! Probably the best pancakes I’ve ever eaten - honestly. The beds were comfy and we slept very well. Staff was very accommodating of our checkin and checkout time when going gorilla trekking

We struggled a bit to find it - a note on the booking on where to find the entrance would have saved us 15 minutes

The best hotel I stayed in Rwanda for the price I paid. The staff is helpful, bed was comfortable, hot shower had enough water pressure, WiFi was good, and the best part is breakfast.. so many options and so delicious! A very highly recommended!

Perfect affordable place to stay in the city. If you’re coming from the public bus park, stay here!! It walking distance and you can drop your bags easily. The hotel is big and clean, with nice rooms and balconies, there’s a fabulous pool, and staff is super friendly. Enjoyed my stay here!

The bed was huge and the mattress was firm and very comfortable. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good and staff were helpful. They provide a toothbrush and toothpaste which is helpful if you've forgotten either!

Although the shower was hot, the pressure of the shower was not great but overall a really comfortable clean spacious room. Only one small bottle of water was provided in a double room.

Central hotel close to the bus station. Very friendly staff and a great pool. The food I ate in the restaurant was excellent. Room a bit dated but lovely clean sheets, balcony and hot water. Also, great wifi. Very good value for money.

The location given on the site is not correct, so the directions lead you to a bank about 800 metres away. The hotel is right in the middle of city centre close to the Goico Plaza Market and Amikusi restaurant
