The one-bedroom suite (bay view) was inviting, comfortable, beautifully designed, spacious living room, large balcony (shared between living room and bedroom), in-suite full bathroom and well-sized bathroom serving the living room (came in very handy). Kitchen overlooking the living room with full-size fridge 👍🏻. Plenty of power outlets. Support and housekeeping staff were pleasantly welcoming, cheerful and service-oriented, they knew all guests and anticipated their needs.

Can’t complain considering all the positive. The buildings are situated in a strategic location, offers a sense of private community. Sometimes, there is too much noise on the side of the bay (two sources of music, and clients), making it unsuitable for peaceful times in the balcony. Also, we run into a staff member (reception) who seems to lack training in public relations, professionalism. It would be appreciated to have a better quality toilet paper. The first day in, there was no shower-floor towel (master bathroom does not have a curtain or partition - water spills all over.

The location, environment, room space, furniture and of course the beautiful and calm sea view.

Not having an attached toilet to the master bedroom. There were 3 rooms which could accommodate 6 people as per the double bed and 2 single beds provided but all these had only 1 common full toilet whilst the other was half toilet which most of the time had maintenance issues. The buffet was a big disappointment on the Eid day. Housekeeping needed to improve to provide water and tea and clearing the garbage daily rather we have to follow up to get things moving. This shows lack of supervision to these staff.

Our family of four had an incredible stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better, with the beach and the Boat Trips and Diving centre just steps away. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. We initially booked a room with three beds, but to our pleasant surprise, we were upgraded to a spacious three-room apartment. Each room has its own balcony including the living room, featuring one large bed, four single beds, two bathrooms, and a shower room. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel to others looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, although a bit more variety would have been welcome. Unfortunately, we did encounter a few issues. One of the balconies needed cleaning as there were bird droppings on the floor. Additionally, the bathrooms were not restocked, and we had to request them to do so. The shower room's drain was also problematic, and we found the thermostats challenging to operate, resulting in a chilly night's sleep.

The location was a bit far from the City but it was just next to the sea. Excellent view of the Persian Gulf and the surrounding was so quiet and beautiful. The staffs were excellent and gave us the perfect room for our stay. The breakfast was also nice with good food on the table

The location was a bit far and we got lost on the way. The reason being: we were following Google map and it showed us to go from the Port. The Govt Security helped us to find the way at the main gate. But the positive outcome was, we could drive all around the corniche and it was awesome. Really Jubail and the hotel gave us a very good memory.

The hotel has a great location near to the new bay of Jubail. The staff were great, always friendly and ready to help. We had a 3 bedroom apartment that was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I especially appreciated the Nespresso machine in the kitchen! There is a lovely pool between the buildings, super fun for the kids. The breakfast dining area offers a fantastic view, and there is a variety of delicious options to choose from.

Some work is still underway, and the Wi-Fi was unavailable, but overall, the hotel offers great quality for the price.

We thoroughly enjoyed our ten-night stay at the hotel. The room cleanliness scored a commendable 7 out of 10, while the bed comfort was exceptional, earning a perfect 10 out of 10. The staff were exceedingly friendly, and the service at breakfast was simply fantastic. Although the breakfast buffet rated a 6 out of 10 in terms of variety and quality compared to its price, it was still satisfying. Without a doubt, I would eagerly book this hotel again in the future.

The apartment overall was tidy, however, upon opening and closing the curtains, we observed that they were not as pristine as the rest of the space. Similarly, the sofa showed signs of not being adequately cleaned.

Nice receptionists. Quick check in and out process. Clean and good size apartment. Comfortable beds. Our apartment has a lovely view. Available nearby beach. Be aware there aren't any public bathrooms or showers though.

The master bathroom is very small with a tiny shower. The kitchen doesn't have any cooking utensils. The parking spots are limited and tight. Difficult to maneuver with larger cars. Luckily there's a lot of public parking outside of the hotel. Couldn't use the swimming pool. It was full of children all the time.

The location is great Apartment is spacious and well equipped Instead of normal window there was a wall glass in every room which gives a very good view of the outside even if my room does not have sea view The pool is very good and well designed to fit children and adults

The sound isolation was not good, I can hear people in next rooms clearly There were 2 bathrooms but only one had shower and the other was so small, no master room bathroom also There was no carpets or cover on the floor

Breakfast was excellent, and the views were truly stunning. The rooms were spotless, and the location was perfect.

We had to wait quite a long time after our scheduled check-in, as there was a long queue and our room wasn’t ready. We ended up waiting in the lobby for nearly 2 hours. However, the staff was courteous and offered us juices while we waited.

- The lake view during breakfast on the 6th floor is stunning - Comfortable and spacious room facing the lake - Very welcoming staff. He even offered a cot and extra pillows for my kids - Strategically located 10/10 for view

-There wasn't much option for breakfast. Some English breakfast (eg: small pancakes, baked beans) and Middle Eastern breakfast. - The parking area within the hotel was very tight. I'd rather park outside and walk in if not for coming with the kids. 8/10 for breakfast 4/10 for parking
