as I am traveling a lot for my work purpose absolutely I will recommend Courtyard Jubail to my company and the rest of my colleagues. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained , fast free WiFi great restaurant with delicious food. The staff went above and beyond to help me. I needed something that was not part of their usual service, yet they kindly took care of it for me. Their hospitality and willingness to assist made my stay even more special. Nothing to dislike.

Nothing Everything was wonderful during my stay, but unfortunately, my impression changed on the day of checkout. I received a call from a lady who was quite rude in her tone, even though I explained that my agreed checkout time was at 2:00 PM. She simply responded that she wasn’t aware of that. When I spoke to the manager, he showed no apology or regret—he only said that I should send him an email, which came across as very unprofessional and dismissive.

As a Indian, the best thing was Indian dishes were available in breakfast. As I am vegetarian I was able to get the vegetarian dishes also. Mr. Ahmed guided me very well for the dishes, other items was also very well prepared and well organised, stay was comfort, Reception team was very kind & supportive, good location, Very well maintained, overall the experience was exceptional, Thanks Team Marriot.. CourtYard Marriott Jubail Hotel provided a delightful stay with friendly staff, spacious rooms, modern amenities, and comfortable beds. The breakfast and on-site food was delicious. The hotel's fitness center exceeded expectations, allowing guests to stay active while traveling. The hotel's location and top-notch service made it a memorable experience, and the hotel is highly recommended for a luxurious and enjoyable stay.

It is clean , new , well furnished and great facilities and they help us to have very late check out that was really appreciated

My experience at Courtyard Marriott Jubail was exceptional, easily making it one of Saudi Arabia’s finest. A big thank you to Ahmed for his outstanding service and warm hospitality. His efforts in upgrading my room added a special touch to my stay, offering an amazing view. The room was perfect in comfort and cleanliness, and the breakfast was a delightful feast. Strongly recommend for an unforgettable stay!

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. It was much better than I imagined and truly the best hotel I’ve stayed at in East Province. The service, comfort, and overall experience were exceptional. If I come back to Jubail again, I will definitely choose this hotel without hesitation.

New hotel in Jubail albald.. staff are welcoming and professional. Parking on site for free.. the hotel is part of a complex which has starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts and other coffee spots… breakfast was good with alot of options .. rooms are nice and clean and bed is super comfortable
