Really nice staff, good extensive breakfast, restaurants are top. Rooms are quiet. Very nice hotel gifts(fruitbaskets,...)

Fitness room outdated and too small amenities around the beach outdated, not maintained Room smelled, can not ventilate and very small window, so no natural light. Breakfast only open from 0630am which is too late for people that are there on business.

We like the hospitality of the staffs, special thanks to Manar from the reception, Ann from the buffet restaurant and the guys from concierge and gold carts service. They did an amazing job and costumer support in accommodating the guests. We also like the location since it has a private beach. Our kids enjoy the pool and jacuzzi while we enjoyed the gym facilities. Also, their breakfast and dinner is so amazing and lots of variety.

The room is kind of old and needs some re-modification and renovation to catch up with other modern style hotels. Cleaning service needs improvement.

There are many facilities in the Hotel (mini golf, Tennis courts, Kids playing room, ...) The staff are nice and very respectfull. The lady in the reception was soo nice, she offered a free extra bed for us. Mr. Micky mouse was very nice to the kids during the breakfast. Mr. Khaled played Mario movie to my kids in the cinema, with a continuous smile on his face. They allow late check out for IGH members (4:00 pm)

Need more water activities at the beach. There is no Tee & Coffe table in the restaurant during breakfast, anyone who wants tea or coffe has to request them from one of the 3 waiters and he will get it in about 5 minutes. The volleyball court at the beach was under maintenance. There is no lifeguard at the swimming pool.

The room was nice, spacious and clean, and I particularly appreciated the Byredo cosmetics provided—such a lovely touch. The hotel features a nice, long beach and offers a very good breakfast, along with several quite good restaurants on-site. 100% recommended for a nice weekend near the sea in Saudi.

Coffee served at breakfast was disappointing. The hotel territory is big, but the outdoor facilities are outdated and in need of renovation, which could significantly enhance the overall experience.

All specially the staff are very accommodating from the welcome committee (i forget the name but he is an Indian staff, day shift during april 07-10,, who help us to take our luggage in and out of the facility), the reception l, the restaurant team special mentioned to Mr. Nima (Nepali) and Miss Ann(Filipina) and all the staff are very polite and attentive and ofcourse the food are sumptous KUDUS to the Intercontinental Hotel in Jubail!!! Keep it up. We will book our next eastern Holidays very soon Inshallah.. Eid Mubarak...

During low tide i dont like the muds in the water. I hope the bicycle will be available next time.

We were extremely satisfied and impressed with the service from the staff, the cleanliness of the resort & rooms and the amenities. The convenience of having a private beach was our biggest winner. We had such a wonderful time the first night, which made us extend our stay. The available times for the beach, pool, steam rooms, and sports facilities really allow you to enjoy what is offered on the resort. We simply loved our stay and will definitely be staying here only when we are in Jubail. A heartfelt thanks to Waseem for his kindness and welcoming personality. He made the ride from the reception area towards the beach very pleasant! Thank you to the ladies at the reception desk for being very welcoming as well. We appreciated everything!

The offer from InterCon at this time of the year was a good deal. It's a very good facility, 5 Star of course, and has it's own beach which is great. The property is well-managed and well-maintained. Staff is very professional and helpful.

The hotel has just 3 restaurants and not all of them are open at all times so there are limited options for food. Also, the TV system is still old and needs to be upgraded; it should be replaced with smart TVs that will allow guests to use their own accounts for YouTube, NetFlix, Amazon Prime, etc.

I like the ladies' beach day and wish it's more than one day a week, also if they provide more pop ups to sell water and cool drinks as one kiosk only was not enough

I didn't like that there was no kids' play area at the hotel I could not leave my kid in either men's gym or ladies' gym as he is 9 years old - he was not allowed in the ladies' gym and it is not safe to leave him with men's gym alone!

Beach is great feature and our daughter had some fun with toys provided by the staff. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and great feature was the chef who cooked eggs as we like. Room was great and more than we needed.

There was nothing not to like - one of the best hotels we have been staying. Felt so welcomed that thinking to return. Also suggested to our friends who are coming to visit you this week.

Rooms are nice and adequate. The beach is beautiful. Late checkout which was great and gave us time to take the kids both to the pool and beach before giving them a bath in the room and check out, this gesture made our day and trip excellent. (Thank you Sara 😍)

The Pool is good, but it’s a weird way to get to the pool through the males changing rooms, they should find a new way to get to the pool.
