The hotel is in a prime location in downtown Jeddah. Close to the airport, the roadworks taking place outside the hotel can create a bit of a nuisance, but overall an enjoyable experience. I would like to thank Mr Khalid for going above and beyond to accommodate me and my partner. He is an absolute gem

Stated it had a cot available, when requested they gave a baby mattress and duvet and said this is a cot and you can use it on the floor!! If I was here for a longer stay I would have cancelled as infant needs a proper cot

Location near the airport, restaurants and shopping mall. Very pleasant and professional staff. Quiet and clean room. Comfy bed. Great shower.

Though we booked a room for 2 persons, but all the toiletries and towels etc were for one person.

Rooms are slightly less spacious. In general HungerStation finds it difficult to find the hotel for food delivery- not the hotels fault but Google Maps rather.

Good Location. Many restaurant available surrounding hotel area. Hotel Cafe 24 hours. Check in check out processes are easy and faster. Front desk 24 hours. Escalator faster. Car Park is easy to get. Pharmacy surrounding hotel. Room with reasonable facilities.

Everything was smooth from the reservation booking to check out! The receptionist was really helpful and professional. We appreciated the proximity to airport jeddah. Additionally, the equipment was good, and the hotel was clean. We will come back for sure inchaalah
