The staff is very cooperative and humble. They know English very well. The location is good, many restaurants, markets and grocery is just across the road. We enjoyed it and will surely come back here again.

Excellent hospitality and customer service. At check in the guy was super polite amd helpful amd gave me a tasbeeh as a gift. He then ordered me delicious arabic coffee amd dates whilst i waited for my hungerstation delivery in the lobby next to the reception. The room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you want like tooth brush and paste, tea, water, soap etc. the bed OMG was so so comfortable- i think slept better than on my own bed. Honestly well pleased amd excllent value for money hence high rating. I am not normally too generous so i really was happy. Also good for the airport.

Location, staff and rooms everything was good. (Just small suggestion, in one bathroom the hot water supply was not there but in other bathroom it was efficient.

The location was excellent l! There were shops and restaurants nearby. It was also close to the Red Sea mall and mall of Arabia.The suite was clean, tidy, spacious and well equipped. The staff were very helpful and polite.

There wasn’t a microwave oven and the Wi-Fi wasn’t working

Complete facilities were provided as advertised for a 1-bedroom apartment. All the necessities of a home are available for a week's stay. The free Wi-Fi is great at 250mbps speed.

Local traffic was bad and congested in front of the hotel, although its proximity to the airport and shopping malls is great!

Electrical outlets are really scarce in the appartment ! Lobby and entrance could have been better although not that important to me , but it makes a difference to the place. A little bit of maintenance/renovation to rooms and some amenities can help this place to move from very good to wonderful !

I stayed in a one bedroom suite. It was clean, well organized place. I would recommend Shaty Alhayat Hotel to someone looking for a best deal for money.

Excellent stay , when arriving they were very welcoming offered arabic coffe and dates and asked me to check room first before paying , everytging was super clean , many facilities to be used , there is electric stove to be used and some cuttlery and pots in case with family and long stay , for use it was a very short stop to rest one night before heading yo airport , honestly will book again special thank to Ahmad hassan , Mohamad , yasser .

Great value for money for the low price. Spacious and generally clean. Good amenities. Easy enough for airport maybe a 10-15 minutes uber trip.

Subtle background cigarette smell put a slight blot on another wise 10/10 rating!

The personal service was fast the cleaning was good also I spent 1 weeks and really liked the place it's near to evrything and the emplacement was easy to locate
