Spacious, clean, great interior, and nice breakfast. Loved it so much!

No drier, colthes are always wet and never dry in Jeddah weather which makes having a drier a must

They usually put tawals next to the spa and the beach but this time nothing was there I was asking for it and waiting for it for long also the shampoo at the spa was not there no conditioner as well too

I loved my stay here! The resort is medium sized, cozy and the service was amazing! For pool they let me in a bikini, but the rules said no bikini in pool. The pool is small, but It’s rarely full, so you can find the time when you are alone in the pool and it have a fantastic bar! It is very clean pool and the water in the pool is not with chlorine so it doesn’t burn your eyes or have a smell. I recommend staying here 1-2 nights, for more nights it might get a bit boring since the resort is small.

The villa is very clean and comfortable. breakfast is amazing. the pool and pool area and beach area are very clean and the outdoors are beautiful.

The water in the beach is very shallow not for swimming more like paddling pool. Women are not allowed in the outdoor pool- there is ladies pool in the ladies spa. The kids club is awfully old and dirty!!!! it absolutely does not meet the standards of the reat of the place!!! An outdoor play area for kids like just a couple of swings and a slide wd be nice.

View of the sea.was good and the beds arecofortable. And clean .The batrooms are clean . But sofa ...carpets are not clean .

The carpet and sofa are dirty also the floor was dirty full with black dust our under feets are dirty since we came . We call the reception no care to clean and say we clean after 4pm but it was dusry since we came first night .Jacozy was un clean water fall dirty too. The call center speach non good toward guest They inforce our guest to pay 500 SR to eat in there rest. during visiting me.

Excellent breakfast we enjoyed during our recent stay. The quality of the food was superb and made for a delightful start to our day. Additionally, I would like to extend a special thank you to General Manager Mr. Omar. His friendliness and willingness to assist in any way possible were greatly appreciated. His efforts significantly enhanced our overall experience.

There are minor comments to be mentioned which are as follows: 1- Terrace door only locked from the inside, then I wouldn’t use to reach to the beach in case all of the guest wanted to leave the unit. 2- Proper maintenance checks need to be in place in order to comply with highest standards related to guest comfort and satisfaction, that being said in regard to: a) Toilets, hand shower water pressure need to be calibrated when it works with very high pressure. b) HVAC system in the facility makes noise in some of its units. 3- This is a very subtle comments regarding the table clock, it’s not working in the first place neither it cannot be adjusted.

everything is perfect, from services to facilities and quality of food. and the view is sensational. special thanks to Shabbir who severed us at the restaurant during breakfast; he was excellent and very friendly and professional.
