By far the hotel's staff is their biggest asset and I simply cannot praise them high enough for their exceptional customer service. Everyone from the cleaning, gym, restaurant and front desk staff always go out of their way to assist you and make you feel welcome. The hotel location was also really nice, on the waterfront in north Corniche area, having access to the Ubhur promenada and a really nice seafood restaurant nearby. The view was also stunning. Another major positive was the breakfast quality and variation, always having fresh food in the morning.

The biggest let down of my stay was the wi-fi connection. Incredibly poor. A very low speed and sometimes completely inoperable. I had a long stay (almost a month) and at times I needed the internet for work and was just very unreliable. I highlighted the issue to the staff and despite their best efforts to send maintenance personnel not much was resolved. Another issue was the lack of connectivity for the smart-tv which is just an expensive LCD screen that has few basic tv channels. No possibility to connect to streaming apps at all (maybe it's related to the poor wi-fi system). These two issues should be dealt with as they are critical nowadays, especially for such a reputable hotel chain.

The staff were really friendly, checked in quite fast. Breakfast lunch dinner buffet amazing. A little expensive but the food and offerings were great. The best part was the bed. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

Property needs maintenance. Especially the entire property needs a better paint job. You can actually see patches of unmatched paint. It seemed a little off given it’s Sheraton. Its way too far from the city center which is a hassle as uber is really hard to find and not cheap

Very nicely designed interior space and large room, the staff, the cleanliness. The aroma at the hotel. We also got an upgrade to larger suite - unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the view of the corniche as it was dark when we checked in and out.

Two very very minor things. With the exception of the hotel restaurant and cafe - there was only a Dunkin Donuts and a supermarket that was easily walkable distance from hotel. We only stayed one night so no time to explore surrounding area. And hotel room tissue box in the bathroom was a little damp when we checked in. A bit odd

Your consierge, Waad, made the trip amazing for me. She understood that I'd been ghosted by 2 scuba outfits so she called her Uncle to help remedy the situation. She made my sadness her burden and because of her, I'll be back when next in Jeddah.

It really appeared to me that Team Sheraton didn't do its homework regarding nearby buildings going up. I was looking into the hole that is the new building. I could see that there USED to be a decent view, but won't be anymore. This room was booked for me online - booking.com, not directly with Bonvoy. Despite my Gold Elite status, my room on the 4th floor looking into the construction site was not appetizing. I feel for the management team when half the rooms will have no view. I think advertising those rooms and heavily discounting them may be your only option downstream.

Amazing breakfast with variety of delicious food! The staff were so so kind and sweet..Especially MOHAMMED SHENAZ, his personality, smile and kindness were so nice and he did something meaningful, he asked for our names when we were having breakfast then he made some delicious pancakes on the shapes of hearts and our names! My wife and I absolutely loved it and he made a great moment for us ! Thank you all so much for your kindness it was amazing staying here.

Hotel was lovely, our room which we were upgraded to was exceptional, the hotel staff in all areas were amazing, that really made the stay memorable as they went out of their way to assist us with anything. The food and beverage team are truly amazing.

Sadly there is a partial view of a building that is being constructed, not the hotels fault at all, they done everything to avoid us having the view. There was nothing we didn’t like about the hotel at all

We enjoied tow days staying at Four Points. The location, staff and viewing are great.

Only had a problm while checking in. My reservation was a suite with sea view. The receptionist insisted the reservation wasn't for a sea view. So I asked to see the suite. When we went upstairs, the suite was sea view. I had actually entered the suite without checking in 🤣. A receptionist then called and politely apologized. A wonderful stay overall.

Everything is brand new. Super clean, great staff – specially in the restaurant, they are incredibily nice – and the whole building seems like it was built yesterday. I also asked at what time the check-out was and they decided to let me stay until whenever I wanted without additional cost. Great hospitality. The bed was also the best in which I ever slept.

Jeddah Economic City will be complete one day and turn this location into something great. However, as of today, this is not the best place to stay in the city, specially when you consider that Jeddah has no subway and you will need an Uber for everything.

The property was up to standard. I was assigned connecting rooms with wonderful views to the ocean. Unfortunately there was leakage in the rooms’ convenience and I was upgraded to a suite, thanks to Abdurrahman. The reception was warm with guests and the telephone posts were active and very polite. Did I tell you about the Restaurant? The waiters were top notch and the food taste was delightful. Unfortunately I am unable to remember the waiters name. Altogether, from the concierge, reception, restaurant and home keeping, all were professional in their service delivery. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you four points by Sheraton, Jeddah.

During my business trip to Jeddah, I sought a comfortable place to stay and rest. Four Points by Sheraton surpassed my expectations. From the reception to housekeeping and the restaurant, everyone was exceptionally kind, polite, and helpful, assisting me with all my needs. I extend special thanks to Abdelaziz at the reception and Joepete from the restaurant for making my stay memorable and guiding me during my first visit to Jeddah. The view from the room was absolutely incredible. Having worked in the hospitality industry for 10 years at 5-star hotels such as One and Only and Porto Montenegro, I believe this feedback holds significant weight. I'll definitely return.
