Booked for 2 night initially, got upgraded to available studio apartment on arrival by front desk manager Islam, a very nice and professional person. Decided to extend 8 nights while waiting for my permanent apartment here in Jeddah, totally recommend this hotel for such a stay Need to mention other superb multinational staff as well and thank all - Ahmed the nightshift reception manager The Coffeebar guys Rilwan and Thakur for the great latte’s The roomservice and general staff, always helpfull: Sakib, Joy, Baflo, Radel and Kamnul

The location at back of Jeddah Corniche F1 racetrack is both awesome, but in build-up to Formula E and later in April Formula 1 gets vet busy, roadblocks, less parking space, little price to pay for this top location near Red Sea Mall

Good location with nice weather I could reach Red Sea mall and walk yacht club easily , great room size the small kitchen made the life easier , friendly staff , Mahbub the bell boy were so helpful and always smiling and greeting .

The windows were not properly closed as there’s no handle! So the wind were strong and that made the sound higher and not comfortable , breakfast is similar everyday but fair , the lobby music never changed even it’s my second time staying in this hotel , it could be very useful idea if there’s a shuttle bus going and coming to nearest attractions

I recently stayed at Ewaa Express Hotel – Al Shati in Jeddah, and I have to say it was an exceptional experience. Islam and Maboob went above and beyond to make sure my visit was perfect. From their warm welcome to their attentive care throughout my stay, their professionalism and hospitality really stood out. They made sure all my needs were met promptly and with a genuine smile. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained. My room was comfortable and equipped with all the essentials. The facilities were also great, and I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the service. Overall, I highly recommend Ewaa Express Hotel – Al Shati for anyone visiting Jeddah. The incredible location, coupled with the outstanding service from staff like Islam and Maboob, truly made my stay unforgettable. I'll definitely be returning!

Everything was amazing!!!

The staff were amazing, especially Mr.Islam. They were so helpful and very efficient. They let me check out late at no extra charge. They not only helped me take my baggage to my room but also my shopping I did the next day. The room was very big. The bed was large and comfortable and it also had a little kitchenette which was a pleasant surprise. The property is 5min from Redsea mall which is enormous with local as well as international brands and lots of food choices too.

The Location is so ideal, a walking distance from Jeddah yacht club as well as the Red Sea mall. They offer free bicycles for hotel residents and I have used them couple of days to cycle to the yacht club. The staff are super friendly and helpful, I had Mr. Islam most of the time at the reception who was always smiling and helpful with all my inquiries. The local receptionist at night also recommended a cafe to go which is female friendly and the place he recommended was amazing.

Conveniently located to the mall, waterfront and Al-Rahmah mosque (but you do have to like walking or you can take a bicycle to the waterfront). Also, directly opposite City Walk amusement park. The room was well-equipped with a mini-kitchen and very comfortable bed.

There was a bit of dampness in the room or stuffiness. So, needed to air the room by opening the window.

One of the most beautiful stays i. Jeddah. The service was exceptional especially Mr. Islam at the reception he was extremely generous and helpful. The whole service is beautiful. The restaurant is amazing and has a variety of options. The location is super convenient to Redsea Mall in an 8 min walking distance. They got self-service washing machines room which made things even better. The price is a bit high but I can say they showed outstanding service in return.

The hotel is on a very good location! The room was big and spacious and had all the amenities including kitchen, stove and cooking utensils. I would like to especially thank Mr Abdulrehman from the front desk for being so cooperative and extremely humble. A very professional and friendly person!

The breakfast could have been better! Very limited choice, not much to offer

Everything, great location you can walk to huge Red Sea Mall, something very important in Jeddah. The room was way too spacious, clean, comfortable and equiped with whatever you need, I even got a kitchnette, check out is quite late. Good breakfast, they have bicycles to borrow and staff is great! Best you can get for your money.

I love the room, it's like an apartment type, with a kitchen where you can cook. I loved my overall stay, the staffs were nice and so accommodating. The room is very clean and the shower is rain type which was exceptional. The area is near the city walk and red sea mall. Just a walking distance... The breakfast were amazing by the way...

When you need something to eat, there is not much resto or cafe nearby, and walking to and from red sea mall just to eat is quite a hassle but overall it was a nice experience i would definitely go back and recommend it to my friends.
