Nice, modern design. Good location. Cute rooftop pool.

Wasn’t a huge fan of the mattress - too thin for my liking. Also there was a construction nearby and the hotel called us saying that we need to close the curtains, because the construction workers can see us..And we were fully clothed 🤔

Given that everything in the city was very expensive, I thought this was good value for money despite it being the most I’ve ever paid for a hotel room in the world! The swimming pool was nice on the roof and the hotel tolerant of mixed attendance at the pool, provided you cover, if required, for other attendees. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and an upmarket burger place almost next door with nice food if you don’t want to go further.

There wasn’t a lot choice for dining around the location in walking distance but we did enjoy a middle eastern place 15 minutes walk away and the burger place is very close and delicious. ( I’m not a fan of burgers usually but there were unusual ones!)

The vibes and the atmosphere are extra ordinary. The hotel is so clean. The staff is friendly , polite and helpful. We asked for late checkout and they were so kind to accept it. The food menu has lots of varieties and the food is tastey.

- The rooms need to be sound proof. You can hear all noise and sounds coming from other rooms or from staff. So noisy! - Removing windows handle make the place unsafe, windows are considered exits in case of emergencies , so how come you removing windows handles. You will feel u r trapped in the room. - Room service staff should respect the (don’t distrurb sign) and not enter the room when it is indicated not to. - No hot water for showering. -Light is so dim in the room especially that the sun is blocked with another building opposite to my window.

The location the decoration and the authenticity to southern culture in details!

The house keeping in room 411 during my stay was lacking! They never change the sheets and I had to ask for them to change it and also the toilet was still dirty after the house keeping and they just wipe things down quickly! I had to ask them to come back again! It’s a shame that this hotel is not up to standards when it comes to house keeping! Also, when I arrived nobody welcomed me at the front desk or told me anything about the hotel and the facilities. There were 2 ladies 1 busy on her phone scrolling and the other I had to say hi to grab her attention otherwise she couldn’t care less. A southern welcome and a smile would have been appreciated. And yes .. Clean sheets and clean toilet seats! Thanks. It’s an amazing hotel though. I’d like to see it better!

This is a great boutique hotel. Every little detail is well thought out. The beds are comfortable and the shower is good. The breakfast is excellent! We were not leaving until later in the evening and the hotel cafe/foyer was very comfortable to sit and relax for a while in the afternoon. The staff was very friendly. The pool area looked lovely too although we did not use it - everyone can use it at the same time (no male/female times). We walked to the corniche from the hotel. It was quiet for sleeping.

The whole experience was amazing, relaxing and elegant. The staff and small details in everything were outstanding. They took care of the room cleaness, facilities and free booking of meeting rooms and cinema! Also, the swimming pool with the chairs inside are good for tanning.

The gym weights were light and machines were mainly for cardio only. However, they had clean and sealed towels and cold water which were good.

I had a good overall experience at this hotel. The room was comfortable, the facilities were in good condition, and everything was very clean. The location is great, just a short walk from the Corniche, which is perfect for a stroll or enjoying the view. One downside was that the breakfast wasn’t very varied, and the Wi-Fi in the room didn’t work very well. Still, I would return for the comfort and good service.

Appreciated the concept of this boutique hotel and their outstanding attention to detail. Loved the complimentary coffee and dates in the lobby, the delicious and interesting breakfast options, and the quality of their in-room tea/coffee products and other amenities. Overall, a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it.

A note on the room layout, it feels slightly disproportioned. The room felt really cramped in certain areas but spacious in others. Headlights were too low, blocking the proper use of the wardrobe next to it. Also, I would appreciate having bedside tables next to the charging stations, and a shower rack for towels. Overall, these are no deal breakers but they improve the in-room experience.

I loved the aesthetic, the layout and the mood. Attention to artistic details was a highlight. The room was extremely comfortable and the rooftop pool was magic.

We did not have hot water. Nor was there hot water in the pool shower. We had the offer to move rooms but we had made ourselves at home and so we declined.

Stylish hotel, with a modern, local design. Has a cafe, small shop and seating area downstairs, and a rooftop breakfast area, and pool with balcony and views to the sea. Excellent food including a delicious Saudi style breakfast. Located near the sea, with several places to eat on the same street.

A few more towels provided in the bathroom would be good
