From the first day we stepped in the hotel, we were welcomed and looked after. Everyone that works here is friendly and wanted to make sure our stay was good. Room was a good size, bed was very comfortable and we use a tempur mattress at home. Whenever we were in the lobby they offered us water to make sure we were hydrated and also helped look after our bags on the last day as our flight was in the evening. This was a perfect spot for visiting for the F1 and not far if you wanted to visit Old Jeddah. Would easily stay here again but maybe try a suite instead of a studio.

The door to the rooms needed to be slammed shut so you could hear doors being closed outside your room. But this was not a major problem as was normally when awake.

The location, nothing much around.

Elegant, clean and spacious, as seen in the pictures. The bed was huge and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We booked the studio flat which was great with plenty of space including a fridge and microwave which we didn’t expect. I would have liked to have stayed longer but it was just a quick stop off to rest before our flight.

Improvements could be made on the meals, although I really appreciated them packing some sandwiches for us for breakfast as we had an early flight and had to leave before breakfast.

I think the hotel is new: so the furniture and facilities are in a good shape. the location is relatively good. the staff was friendly.

there were workers at some floor with a drill, that made high noise at midnight, i had to call twice to make them stop. no breakfast nor room dine in options. WiFi is medium to poor. the hotel temperature was too cold even when u shut the A/C off. the sound proof have a weak point at the curtain-wall facade isolation between the rooms. too much furniture for the suit size. the rain shower is placed opposite to the glass partition, so water spread to the W/C. one of the towels had stains.

Cleanness, location and the hotel overall is very exellent.

The windows needs better isolation.

The rooms were very modern. We had the 2 bedroom suite and a studio. Both were incredibly spacious and look great. The beds were really comfortable. The rooms were clean. The staff were lovely. They had a great laundry service. Honestly, one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at and for the price, it exceeded expectations. Definitely a hidden gem in Jeddah
