The hotel is very clean and the staff were nice and friendly. You feel home. At breakfast room is well organized and has different alternatives for food.Mr. Mohamed Alsaied helps us with my little baby and he was very professional in doing his job, also he asked you if you wanted something other than what shown in the breakfast room and get it for you, thank you Mohmed. Also I want to mention the recipient at the morning shift, she was extremely nice and supportive but unfortunately I forgot her name.she helped us in modifying our reservation at the last moment.

The only thing is the towels were not clean ,like it been over reused and the pillows wasn't that comfy comparing to the room price

Very kind staff Clean and modern room New hotel, less than 6 months old Location is halfway between the airport-Al Balad/Corniche/Red Sea Mall, but you need to take a taxi or Über everywhere anyway The drinks, dates and pastries are a very nice touch in the lobby area There is pharmacy and a big supermarket nearby, but if you want to walk there, you need to cross a very busy road.

I was really missing the shower head from the bathroom, the one you can hold in your hand, they only had the one in the ceiling The parfume/spray in the room with a bit strong for my taste I believe there is no restaurant in the hotel, but there is a coffee in the same building and it seems to be very popular especially in the evening.

The place is amazing and the rooms are really great and clean. I definitely book it again. The location is near by many attractions. The staff were kind and helpful especially Maryam.
