The room was very clean, the room service staff were very responsive, and the receptionist staff were very friendly. The breakfast was Ok, I think it can be improved with more variety of food options.

I did not like the entrance of the Hotel since it does not give you the impression that you are entering a Hotel. Also, I had to ask many times for a mug but unfortunately I was told that the hotel does not have extra mugs which sounded very strange and instead I was given a paper cup which served the need.

The rooms were generous in size with excellent facilities like a full sized mini fridge, cooktop, full size dishwasher and sink. The sofa bed was unexpectedly very comfortable even for adults to sleep on. The bathroom was immaculate with excellent shower and we were very comfortable as a family of 4 in one room . Room service by Robel was impeccable. He went above and beyond. The staff at the buffet breakfast were incredibly attentive and efficient. WE WILL BE BACK

An extremely minor detail but the Game room could be updated slightly but otherwise no complains whatsoever.

Location was excellent, rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Jahid from room service staff was extremely helpful and responsive. Staff in the restaurant were also very helpful. Amani the receptionist was very kind to upgrade me to a suite after facing some issues in my reserved room.

I did not like the Hotel Entrance since it was way too confusing to find the hotel Lobby. Also, I had to switch rooms and forgot some items behind, but the staff did not bring it back until I asked for them.

I liked the sofa cum bed to accommodate more sleeping space for adults. I liked the swimming pool too. It was neat and clean.

I don't have anything to say about the cleanliness but one thing which Hyatt can improve is the chef at the breakfast counter . They have only one guy preparing the omlette + waffles + pancake and no one to help him. This makes the cook bit annoyed and obviously he don't have a smile on his face. This is very unpleasant for the guests to see in the morning people with a low face. It could be even better if Hyatt find a solution for this.

The accommodation has a good location and was easy to find, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was excellent – fresh, tasty, and varied. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made our short stay even more pleasant. We also used the pool, which was a nice addition, although it could have been a bit cleaner – but nothing major that affected our overall experience.

Abdulaziz on reception was fantastic! Very friendly, good with children, and very helpful, checking restaurant restorations etc - I'd go as far as to say the best hotel member of staff I've ever encountered and would make us choose this hotel when we next visit Jeddah! Shukran Abdulaziz! Breakfast also very good.

I booked this hotel for a day to stop and rest before our flight after completing 2 weeks in Makkah & Madinah. It was a really nice hotel. We were offered a free upgrade which was very nice and the room was absolutely amazing and the views of the city was brilliant during the daytime and also at night.

This hotel was one of the most comfortable we’ve stayed in. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight — beautiful and relaxing. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed. We also appreciated the free laundry facilities; just make sure to bring or buy detergent. Highly recommend!

Location. Near the International airport (Saudi airline terminal), shopping (the Red Sea Mall) and the Jeddah aquarium. Our kids loved this small but rich Fakieh Aquarium.The hotel stuff were outstanding and friendly, from security to cleaners. The young ladies at the reception were exceptionally helpful in welcoming us and providing to us the room of our choice. I'd also to thank the management for the room upgrade.

I think the management should explore the possibility of moving the reception area to the ground floor. The current arrangement where you enter the hotel from an empty ground floor then a left takes you to the lobby where the reception is located is rather confusing.
