The room was spacious, clean, the staff are wonderful and helpful. The location is great. limited underground parking available. Early accessible on major road with close proximity to many shopping.

Breakfast is available in room service; I wish they had a restaurant it would made the experience better. They do not have a business center. The onsite cafe is established but not active.

Great location. Greeting by the reception staff was always warm and welcoming. The room was of a good size, clean and well equipped. Thought had obviously gone into the decoration.

Quality of breakfast not good compared to an international 4 star hotel.

The pool is not bad but small on the ground floor at the backside.

Room carpet very dirty and stained. Bathroom very worn and broken here there and everywhere. Repairs all patchwork. Very disappointed. I stayed here after nikkah and widai and felt stupid for paying such a lot of money.

I am a regular customer to the hotel, in one of the previous stay I had few comments, which I conveyed, next day I received a polite call from the hotel management, apologizing and promising to improve, and during this stay, I observed the improvement. to me this is a very good indicator that about hotel management seriousness in meeting the customers’ expectation.

the food qulity need to be improved

This is second time I stayed in this hotel since May 2023. It close to main King Road, also very close to a super market and Cinema. Also within 3 min walking distance a Starbucks and Chef's Burger are located

The location, cleanness, room size, and facilities are great

The one thing I didn’t like is the late check in and early checkout, most of the hotels policies is check in starts from 3pm and checkout is till 2pm. I was really bothered by the staff who kept calling from 11 am for the checkout

The staff was really helpful and very responsive. special thanks to Reem how was very sweet and supportive during the stay.

the bathrooms always had a problems whether it was a leakage or the bath stopper didn’t work

Food was great , location is excellent , Sari road is busy, so a little noisy, and hard to cross to get to the other side... overall this is my place in Jeddah!

Both the location and the facility are great. As I was new to Jeddah I found it very comfortable
