Friendly staff ، They were very cooperative. Check-in to the hotel was at 3 pm, but due to circumstances beyond my control, I arrived very early at 7 am. They were very understanding and allowed me to check in to the hotel without any additional fees. I thank them for their warm welcome, especially the Saudi reception staff. Unfortunately, I did not know their names, the one who worked in the morning and the one who worked in the evening. I will return to the hotel soon. 🌹🌹

Great hotel, Excellent! There is a beautiful mosque in front of the hotel also a big open market to buy litterelly anything. Close to Rahman floating mosque as well. My kids were enjying the rooms and wife also prised the hotel. One more thing we like is the smell, the hotel really smells good. I hope the management will keep this high quality. We will stay again in this hotel if we visit jeddah.

Far from Airport, Keep in mind if you need to come to airport after 2 AM there might not be any taxy, only hope is Uber, I was lucky to get 2 ubers to get us all in the Airport. 4.30 Am in the morning its not a good feel to stand in the road.

Location was close to malls we spent no more than 15 minutes to reach most destinations, place was clean and comfortable, staff was respectable.

Not all the staff were as welcoming as others but still respectable, there was no washing machine and the place isn't contracted with a laundry service and the Laundromats around us didn't offer pickup/delivery so we were put in a hard situation, shouldn't be an issue for short durations but for longer ones it could be.

The location is ideal, in the city centre and opposite shops as well as fast food (KFC, Dunkin and Mcdonalds), basement parking. Staff are very helpful. Comfortable, clean and large apartment. Everything was ideal. Would like to give out a shoutout to one of the staff member for his assistance Raqueeb (hope I spelled his name correct) :). If I come to Jeddah again will definitely book this place again.

Nothing to dislike, everything was perfect.

Everything was great about Mirada Purple. Location near almost everything within walking distance, AlShate' souq and a mosque across the street, Mira Mart supermarket (10 min), Salama shopping center and U walk mall (20 mins) in addition to many fast food/restaurants nearby. The room is actually better than the pictures, spacious, very neat and felt premium.

2 small things: Toilet seat was a bit loose and smaller than the seat itself TV need more channel options

Very comfortable and large bed. Room was good size. Looks like the hotel is relatively new so the furniture was in good condition. Enjoyed my stay and for the price I would stay again

Tv was lent working properly although could have just been the remote. The studio said it had a city view which was a bit of a stretch…the view looks out to the Shartie market on the opposite side of the road…I wouldn’t call it “city view”

*Cleanliness *Helpful staff * Room lighting was brilliant, ranging from dim to bright. I don't like very bright lights. Several options of lamps and wall lights are helpful when you want a relaxing, calm atmosphere. * Staff responded to me when I need extra water and tissues. * Mohammed Miek, from Housekeeping was very helpful and responded promptly to requests made.

No hot water when I took my shower.

this hotel is very nicely located . close the airport and close to so many shops and restaurants . It's in a great location . I stayed here back in Aug 2023 and I am staying now june 2024 . I wouldn't go anywhere else but this place . This hotel is clean and staff are amazing . If you choose this place, you won't go wrong . in both my stays i had nothing but great experiences . love it and will always stay here .

The hotel is in nice place there are lot of restaurants nearby and the corniche is also not that far.. Best part about room is it is very spacious..

Although no major complaints but iron wasn't provided in the room until asked.. And room's hairdryer wasn't working.. Also the city view mirror should be cleaned because they are so dirty you cant even take a proper picture...
