The staff was very accommodating, warm and kind. They went out of their way to remember me by name, and the restaurant manager and all staff were very kind (Mr. Panna suggested additional meals not on the restaurant menu).

No complaints - but I suggest the menu at the restaurant could include all the options available on that day (or have a list like a special of the day). The chicken biryani was excellent - but if it was not suggested by the staff (not on the QR code menu) I would have missed it! : )

The spacious rooms. Well decorated. Modern interior designed. USB and C included in few sockets this was really Excellent The cleanliness and receptionist very helpful. By the way the sockets are 3 like in the UK. You do not need a 3-2 adaptor

Not too close to any mall by walking distance. However, not that far from red sea mall by car. The traffic was hectic busy during our stay, formula one time.

everything about the hotel was great: the spacious room, the bed, the bathroom. And most importantly the amazing, friendly staffs from the smallest to the highest. Everyone was very respectful and very helpful. I appreciate that.

But unfortunately, they should work on their internet. The internet was weak and would turn off by itself all the time.

Reception lady was good enough but the man on eid at the reception at 3pm was impossible,when we are trying to ask help for our luggage to check in,he asked me to go to ask someone responsible for the cart😩😩😩 when we asked what time will gonna finish the room cleaning,he just nodded and said i’m not sure when?? Funny!

The staff was kind enough to change my room as the noise from the road is very high. That is due to old windows in a new hotel.

The swimming pool was not working and there wasn't any notice during the booking information. The underground parking is very tight for large SUV's

I booked for a day Came early around 8:30 am,the room was empty and ready for me. I told them that i will be leaving around 10 pm,so i will only be there for 14 hrs They didn’t let me in till 10 am( they wanted me to pay early check in price(half the price of the room)

The hotel is conveniently located near attractions, clean, comfortable, and stylish. The staff were professional and helpful, especially Hala, who was very understanding, kind, and extremely helpful.

The parking area is quite limited, which makes it difficult to find a spot to park.

f”Fairly new and maintained. The staff very very helpful. The luggage helpers were very kind and prompt in helping out. The restaurant staff are very accommodating. Housekeeping are good but are a bit stingy with the towels. The parking was actually wide and the attendants helpful. Can park a large SUV with ease on the first level.

Can be noisy as it’s on a major road. The AC on helps drown the noise out. The bathroom in the grand suite needs a coat of paint.

I booked through the Booking application, and when I arrived at the hotel, the staff told me that there was no reservation by my name and it took a long time to find my reservation, and this problem affected me because I was tied to an appointment

Good location, nice breakfast, newly refurbished

Can still see some of the older non-refurbished items in the hotel (e.g. mirrors) and our room was quite noisy as looking over the main road
