I was immediately upgraded to a jacuzzi suite upon check in and was greeted by a lovely big space with separate living area with kitchenette and bedroom. Plenty of storage space and the bed was extremely comfortable. The Corniche is within walking distance and I found the staff and locals to be incredibly friendly indeed. You will need to take a car to reach the more central part of Jeddah, but the surrounding area is gorgeous with art work on every corner.

Unfortunately, there was little attention to detail in my room and it felt it wasn’t finished- the skirting board had visible, wonky sealant around the skirting edges and the bathroom also showed similar signs of being completed quickly without robust quality assurance. It’s a shame, because the overall presentation of the hotel was of a very high standard.

The location is amazing, so close to the Red Sea and walking areas and parks. The breakfast Manager and staff were so helpful, efficient and friendly, great to have breakfast included in the price. Very good value for money.

Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed for maintenance, the gym was available though. We tried to get coat hangers for the wardrobe, but none were available, we’d take a few with us next time.

Location, comfortable room, hospitality, and price. Sea view from the restaurant is definitely a bonus to my stay.

Breakfast was ok, but I didn’t like the overwhelming smell of food at the restaurant, better ventilation is needed. I would suggest to take care of details, like maintaining clean serving spoons, and ensuring guests requests are delivered (I requested coffee from a staff who promised to bring it to my table, I ended up getting up making my own coffee later as he obviously forgot). Around 8 pm, I called room service to order dinner, I was informed that the restaurant is closed. Luckily, I had delivery applications available.

The property is absolutely stunning, with beautifully designed interiors and all the amenities you could need for a comfortable visit. The management and staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious, well-managed stay in a beautiful setting!

Flawless.

The hotel is located just around the corner from the corniche. Some of the landmarks such as Island Mosque or Jeddah Sign are within walking distance. Jeddah is spread on very big surface so the remaining landmarks have to be reached by taxi/car. The rooms are clean and very spacious, we got a free upgrade to the suit which was massive. Breakfast had a good choice of options. Staff was very friendly.

Swimming pool was closed for maintenance. The Internet was slow but this is a problem in all Arab countries. We initially had a problem communicating with the property as we were told there was only a 2 hour window for check in but it occured that the reception is open 24/7 and the staff was very helpful.

Very nice hotel. The building is new and well located (only few minutes walk to the Corniche). The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. The breakfast was great with a good variety of food. The staff (either at reception or in the restaurant) was very kind, polite and always happy to help.

One annoying thing was the noise in the morning due to new buildings being constructed nearby (but this hotel can’t really do anything about it). Also, the only reason I wouldn’t give 10/10 is because of the bathrooms. We booked 2 rooms. In one of them, the water pressure in the shower was very low, to a point we all had to use the same shower in the other room. On top of that, it looks like the showers have been badly designed. We had a walk-in shower type, which looked very nice, but the tiles on the floor were not laid down properly, meaning the waste water would go out of the shower enclosure, instead of being directed towards the drain, flooding the whole bathroom each time.

Great Location and good staff, clean room, it was a busy post Hajj week so check in was a bit late and staff was over whelmed. Nice breakfast and good staff. Definitely recommend this place.

The room service can be better, I had to call for water, I called for extra towels but never received them. There is also confusion around room at thr time of check in may be due to Hajj rush.

The location was near the Corniche.

The bathroom shower did not have a door or curtain, so when taking a shower, it makes a mess all over the bathroom. Also, the shower did not have a niche where you could put the shampoo and bathroom gel, which it's odd for me to see. It's a poor design by the hotel. The breakfast area had a very limited selections.

Not too far to the seafront. Friendly and very helpful staff. Playground for children opposite the hotel.

No hot water. In their defence I didn’t mention it as I was only there 1 night and as I arrived late at night with a very tired child I just made do with it. It would have been better if things like this are checked before a guests arrival though.
