The location is excellent, and the view is charming, especially the quiet. Thanks

- I parked my car in front of the villa and was surprised to find that my car had been damaged by bird droppings. As you know, bird droppings are not easy to remove from the body of a car. I suggest tinting the parking spaces. - The price is too high for the level of provided service. Thanks

It is clean and the location is excellent

The neighbour villa 159 was very noisy and we can’t sleep till dawn and we told them to low the volume of the speakers and the reception even advice them to low the voice they didn’t listen May be this will be our last visit ☹️

The swimming pool was very nice, the location is close to the city, the breakfast was yummy

Old furniture Old towels No where to hangout outside the villa (no terrace) Not many food options

I liked the hospitality starting with Mr.rayan in reception. Really all staff have excellent skills how to deal with the customers. The location is premium location

Great staff! Special requests get fulfilled immediately. Fantastic location. Nice property.

Breakfast can not be taken in the restaurant and gets delivered to the Villa only and you don’t have the choice between Arabic or Continental breakfast.

The staff was not flexible enough to do early Check-in. The smell was very bad when we went outdoors. The check-out was taking too long.

I had an enjoyable time in Nawras and I wanna thank the GM Mr.Hussam and all the staff for their generosity and kindness.
